"Ugh, I'm so sick of seeing Minho and Madison together," I groan, flopping back onto my bed. "Is it really necessary for them to be stuck to each other everyday, every hour? And now, I have to deal with it for an entire trip?"
Quincy stands up from his seat, gripping his duffle bag. "Technically, it's just a weekend."
"That means two days, too long," I mutter, staring at the ceiling. "I don't even know why I agreed to this?"
"Did we get a choice...?" Quincy asks, raising his brow in slight confusion. "And Wonyoung, I'm just starting to think you like suffering."
I grab my pillow and chuck it at playfully. He catches is easily, laughing. "Okay, okay. But look on the bright side of things! You don't have to hang around them while we're there."
"I guess," I sigh, sitting up from my bed.
"Seriously, though. Just ignore them. We'll be out in nature, doing our own thing. You don't have to let them ruin your trip. Focus on the beauty of being outside," suggests Quincy.
I nod, slipping my phone into my back pocket and grabbing onto my suitcase handle. Then, I open the bedroom door.
"Okay, time to go!" Quincy announces. The two of us walk out of the bedroom to see Dae and Kitty on the couch together, close together. "Bus leaves in twenty."
Pretty nice to be living will people in relationships, isn't it?
Minho walks into the room, rolling in with a large dark grey suitcase, and duffle bag on top.
"Dude, the class trip is camping," Kitty says. "In tents... in nature, for two days."
"I know, that's why I packed light."

I walk along the sidewalk, slinging my bag over my shoulder, and rolling my suitcase behind me. With Kitty and Quincy are by my side, I'm lost in thought. I want to know what Dae and Minho are talking about, but Kitty's talk drowns out their voices.
"We need to deal with our baggage, but we just keep... making out," Kitty explains, using her hands for emphasis.
Quincy responds sarcastically, "What? You mean a straight man doesn't want to talk about his feelings?"
"He always talked about his feelings when we were long distance," Kitty admits. "But it just feels different in person. He's less communicative."
"Okay, well, do you plan on communicating your crush to Yuri?" I ask, leaning forward to make eye contact with her.
"It's not a crush. It was just one dream," Kitty whispers defensively.
Before Kitty can defend herself further, a loud voice cuts through our conversation. "Wonyoung! Come here! You have to see this!"
I glance up just in time to see Madison waving me over, practically bouncing on her heels. Yuri stands next to her with a bland expression, while Mihee and Eunice share Madison's excitement. They smile happily, staring at Madison's phone screen.
"Come on, hurry!" Mihee urges, gesturing frantically.
Eunice clutches Madison's arm, laughing. "This is so good! Just wait!"
I hesitate for half a second before making my way over. Madison's enthusiasm is infectious, even if I find her just a little irritating. Not for any real reason... except that she's with Minho. But still, we get along well pretty well. Since she's around often, I kind of have to.
As I step beside her, she holds out her phone in front of us, upright, grinning. "You're gonna die when you see this!"
She taps the screen and a video starts playing of a familiar actor. He's tall, handsome, and I'm pretty sure he was in one of my family's films before...?
