Ross's POV

Julia is so incredibly pretty. Her golden curly hair is so shiny and her blue eyes are sparkling. She seemed so funny and nice. She's killing me in this bikini. She's so curvy and perfect. What is wrong with me?

Bonnie's POV

I notice Ross staring at Julia. I start to get jealous and know I shouldn't be. I have a boyfriend now. It's just that I've always liked Ross and he's never thought of me in that way. And now Julia has been here for 15 minutes and already likes her more than he's liked me and I've known him and his family since I was 2.

Julia's POV

I notice Bonnie giving me a strange look and I ask her what's wrong. She tells me nothing but I don't really believe her.

I decide to forget about it and walk over to the diving board. I walk to the end and look at my reflection in the pool before bouncing once and then flipping into the pool. I shatter the clear reflection and sink to the bottom. I open my eyes and just stay underwater. God how I've missed summer

When I finally resurface, I notice Ross and Bonnie have their mouths open. "What?" I ask.

Ross replies "You were under so long. I was about to jump in and pull you up. How did you do that?"

I laugh and say "People say it's because I sing. I'm sure you could too."

Ross: "You sing?"

Me: "Well not professionally or anything but I do sing in school and at home and just a lot in general. But I try not to do that because it's a little embarrassing when you're singing along to your iPod and people on the train start to stare at you. Like yesterday was pretty bad."

Bonnie: "Why were you on the train?"

Me: "I have a friend that lives a couple towns over. Now come in. It's lonely!"

Ross's POV

She likes to sing too? Wow. Could she be more perfect? I ask her to sing for me. Julia thinks about it for a while and then says "nope." I ask her why and realize I sound whiny.

She tells me she's not very good but I don't believe her. I drop the subject hoping she will sing for me later and jump in right next to her causing a huge splash to hit her.

Julia's POV

We spent the whole day together: me, Bonnie, and Ross. It feels like I've known Ross forever. I had so much fun swimming and golf carting. I really didn't want to leave.

"Hey Jules, do you want to stay for dinner?" Bonnie asked me.

"Ugh" I sigh. "I really wish I could but I'm meeting some friends downtown for dinner."

"How bout tomorrow? You could sleepover too!"

"Ya I'd love to! I'll check with my mom." My phone beeps. "Oh it looks like she's here. See ya later Bonnie. Nice meeting you Ross!"

They both said bye and I left to go to my mom's car. She asked me how my day was and it took everything I had not to gush about how amazing it was. I met Ross Lynch and got to hang out with him! I was screaming inside. He was everything I expected but 100 times better! I wonder what he thought of me?"
