𝚃𝚒𝚊𝚗𝚗𝚊 𝙿𝚎𝚝𝚎𝚛𝚜𝚘𝚗 | 𝟸𝟻 𝙼𝚊𝚢
Saint and Halo's baby shower theme was Care Bears. So far they were running late but that was expected.
"I'm not in the mood." Halo sighed "What's wrong?" Saint asked
"I mean i'm in the mood but i'm so over being pregnant man it's hot as hell." She complained
"It's almost over with though. We gone celebrate our Kamari and enjoy our day, stop allat cryin." Saint kissed her forehead trying to lighten the mood.
Halo was due to have Kamari in less than 3 weeks. So basically she could come any day now. They just hoped they could make it through the baby shower.
"Look at my feet." She pouted wiggling her toes. "My face is big then my nose and feet are swollen. I'll never do this again bae."
"That's crazy cause you still beautiful as fuck to me." He shrugged not seeing a problem. "You just sayin' that so I won't feel bad."
"Nah that's the truth Tianna. You the most prettiest lady I ever seen in my life." Halo couldn't do anything but laugh at how illiterate he sounded. "What?" Saint asked
"Nothing, thank you baby."
"Ain't nun"
Around 20 minutes later Saint and Halo arrived to their baby shower. Everyone was already there just waiting on their arrival.
After they got out of the black truck Saint opened the door for Halo letting her go inside before him. Music played while everyone recorded their entrance.
Before anything, they took pictures together and separate just to get it out the way.
"You look so pretty!" Chanel exclaimed while hugging Halo. "Thank you friend, I feel like a whale."
"Oh please" Chanel rolled her eyes. "Y'all really came all this way for me. I love y'all so much." Halo expressed
"Trust me we love you too. Imma go back to my seat but I just wanted to come speak to you first."
"Okay" Halo nodded before sitting down.
She sat there looking around for her dad and brother but they weren't there. Halo then texted the both of them but didn't get a response.
"You good?" Saint asked as he sat next to her. "Where is my brother and my dad? Have you talked to them?"
"Nah, not since a couple days ago. They said they was comin' maybe they flight got delayed or some."
"Yea... maybe." Halo hoped that's all it was but she had a really bad feeling in her stomach. She just didn't know how she'd enjoy herself knowing they weren't there.
