𝙺𝚊𝚖𝚛𝚒𝚘𝚗 𝙼𝚘𝚛𝚛𝚒𝚜 | 𝟸𝟼 𝙹𝚞𝚗𝚎
Around 10am Saint woke up noticing Halo and Kamari weren't in bed with him. He then got up and did his morning routine before going to find them.
Halo was in the loft sitting on the couch with her dad's funeral service playing on the tv.
Her eyes were red and puffy which made Saints heart ache. He hated seeing her in pain especially when there was nothing he could do.
"Tianna" He spoke "Tianna!" He raised his voice a little to get her attention.
"Yea?" Her voice cracked. "Turn this off foo."
"Okay" Halo quickly turned the tv off then covered her face with her hand. "Lemme see the baby."
Saint took the baby from her then laid her inside her swing for a second.
"Look at me." He demanded grabbing her face. "I'm sorry Kam." Was all she could say.
"I told you not to watch that shit, youn listen."
"But that's my dad- my dad is gone!" Halo began hyperventilating causing Saint to sigh. "I know baby, I know."
Once she calmed herself down a little bit she wiped her face. Saint kissed her cheek a few times and let her rest her head on his chest.
"Lemme go make a call real quick." Halo got up and went in their room making sure to lock the door behind herself.
"Aye Major!"
"Major!" Saint yelled again. "Yes?" Major asked as he ran out of his room.
"What you doing dude?" He asked "Playing my game."
"You hungry?" "I guess"
"What you mean you guess? It's a yes or no question lil nigga."
"Yea"
"Ite, what you want?" He questioned as he opened his doordash app. "Tacos"
"I got you, go check on yo mama. She having a bad day."
"Can I do it later?" He questioned "You wanna eat now or later?" Saint raised his eyebrows.
"Now"
"Ite then so go check on yo mama like I said the first time."
As Kamari started to cry Saint got up. He stood over her for a few seconds and when she didn't stop crying he picked her up.
"Tianna!" He yelled "Kamarion give me a minute. Figure out what she wants on your own." She fussed after opening the door for Major.
"You fussing at me but i'm just tryna see when the last time she ate." He mugged at her. "You can feed her. Gimme a minute Major, imma come in your room when I get off the phone."
