-Jades p.o.v.-

I walked down the familiar halls of the juvenile detention center. The cop guided me to the visiting area and I saw Tess sitting at a table. I walked over to the table which was kind of hard since my hands and ankles were cuffed.

I sat down and looked at the table and not at her.

"Why did you come?" I asked.

"Because I need answers Jade" she said clearly upset.

"Look-" I leaned closer to her looking her in the eyes. "-you don't know me-"

"I know but I want too" she said and I scuffed sitting back.

"Why?"

"Because I don't understand you, why did you attack Oliver like that? You looked like a-like a-"

"A monster?" I asked, she sighed.

"I just want to know why" she sighed.

"Listen to me Tesstress you don't want to get involved with me, I'm bad news, I'm a monster" I said and she shook her head.

"No, your not. You're my mate and I see you" she said.

"I hurt people T and i-"

"T?" She asked with a small smile.

"Its what I'm going to call you" I said.

"Ok" she whispered smiling but then her smile dropped.

"I do want to know something else as well" she said and I nodded.

"Are you a virgin?" She asked looking down.

"Why do you ask?" I asked and she slightly shrugged.

"Because I wanna know" she said.

"No, I'm not" I said and I could feel her sadness.

"Oh, why were you late to school yesterday?" She asked looking up at me.

"I over slept" I shrugged.

"Oh, okay-"

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"I read somewhere about mates. That if your mate has intercourse with someone else they can feel it but its pain, in your chest makes it hurt to breathe, I didn't think it was true but I know it is now. I felt it first after school and then again yesterday morning" she explained. I sighed and ruffled my long brown hair. Damnit.

I can't tell her about my home life. I want too but I can't.

"No idea why" I shrugged.

"Jade" she whispered looking at me. I sighed.

"Look, I did have sex yesterday morning but-"

"But?" She asked.

"But Piper and I fooled around after school. We aren't a thing just friends with benefits" I shrugged.

"I see" she said sadly.

"I promise there are no feelings with Piper and I" I said and she nodded.

"Why didn't you say anything to her when she was insulting me at school? But I guess you wouldn't since you all fuck yea?" She asked clearly getting angry.

"You don't know anything about me so shut your mouth because I can hurt you way worse with words than you can" I hissed and she glared at me.

"Fine"

"Yea, Piper and I have fucked a few times actually and I've told you I can't control my friends actions nor do I want to. You are just a bitchy rich chick that needs to learn the facts" I said and stood up going back to a security guard.

"I'm finished" I said and she nodded leading me back to my cell.

The rest of the day I felt guilty for losing control and snapping at Tesstress that way.
