-Jades p.o.v.-

"Move out of my way" I said rudely to people on the street. They gave me mean looks but I just rolled my eyes. I turned and went into a restaurant for a coffee before school. I walked up to the counter and my wolf started jumping for joy.

'What are you going on about Galaxy?' I asked while I waited for someone to get to me.

'Mate! Mate!' She chanted.

"Can I help you?" A girl asked and I looked at her. She was stunning. I left out a breath as I sat down staring at her.

'Mate! She's our mate!' Galaxy said happily. She smiled at me. I glanced at the table then at her.

"Uh-" I got up and rushed out of the place.

'Go back! What are you doing?! She accepted us!' Galaxy said.

'I can't Galaxy' I sighed.

I walked to school and went to my locker.

"Aye! Jade!" My friends said coming over to me.

"Wassup" I asked.

"Hey, watch out the goodie goodie is comin for you" Piper whispered in my ear while looking down the hallway.

"Hey, you ran-"

"I'm sorry do I know you?" I asked and smirked.

"You came into my work, you looked at me and ran out" she said, my friends and I started laughing. I leaned on the lockers propping my foot up on them and crossing my arms over my chest.

"Jee maybe she ran out because you're so ugly" Piper said and everyone laughed but me. I looked to the ground unable to look in her eyes.

"Maybe you should get a new hobby instead of bothering us" I said coldly and dropped my foot and arms walking away as my my friends 'oh'ed and followed me.

"Nice one McRay" Lucas said and I looked at him with a bored expression.

"Do me a favor and shut up" I said and went into class.

I sighed sitting down putting my headphones in and putting my hoodie on laying my head down and falling asleep.

RINGGGGG

I slowly opened my eyes and walked out of class into the crowded hallway. I yawned and went to my locker. I just stared at the lock trying to remember the combination.

35, 15, 1 I put in and it opened. I remembered it.

"Hello?" I blinked a few times and looked to my right to see my mate.

"What?" I snapped. She took a step back and I felt slightly guilty.

"Are you okay? You seemed dazed" she said and I shook my head.

"Uh-" I closed my eyes and looked down swallowing. "-I'm fine" I sighed.

"Hey" she said softly as u turned away and placed her hand on my shoulder. I whipped around my eyes narrowed at her. I clenched my teeth slightly.

"Don't touch me" I said slowly.

"I-Im sorry I didnt-"

"What do you want?" I asked.

"To know ur name at least bec-"

"Jade" I said interrupting her. I don't know why but hearing her voice made me calmer. She softly smiled.

"Its pretty" she said and smiled at me. I just nodded slowly.

"I'm Tesstress, but people call me Tess" she said and I nodded once.

"What people?" I asked.

"M-My friends" she stuttered.

"You nervous?" I asked and she shrugged.

"Kind of" she mumbled.

"Oh look its ugly" Piper said then laughed. Tesstress looked at me hurt. I clenched my jaw and swallowed looking away from her look. A look of hurt.

"So, are we still on for tonight?" She asked looking at me. I nodded, she smiled and turned to Tesstress.

"Awe, don't look so wounded" Piper said to Tesstress then walked off.

"What was that?" She asked sounding angry.

"There wasn't anything I could of done, I can't control my friends" I shrugged and walked off.
