Kyle got shoved by an angry Cindy, despite her injuries, got up walking like normal, pacing around the hospital room with a look she was ready to kill.

''Cool it babe!''

''You chill out you fat sack of shit! I ain't taking that cowardly blast lying down!'' She huffed, grabbing and pinning Kyle to the wall by gripping his crotch making him squeak.

Kyle considered his darling the Becky Lynch of Pokemon moment right here, ignoring the orders of the doctors.

''Excuse me.'' Kyle walked out of the room approaching a nervous doctor.

''Yes? Is it about that girl?''

''Yes. Her brother has arrived, she was reportedly missing earlier in the day and her mother is coming.''

''I see, may I see her? As a brother to younger sisters alone, I have this feeling in me that needs to ensure the younger one's still breathing.''

''Sure. Her brother has good words to exchange with her savior.''

''Well Cindy...'' He thought walking with the doctor.

He soon passed a room and stopped.

''Excuse me, Mr. Espinoza?''

Kyle looked into the room, noticing Isaiah laying down and entered.

''Hey! You can't enter...''

''Isaiah?!'' This made him open his eyes, looking at Kyle blankly and the first noticeable thing was that Kyle winced.

He noticed the differences with the hair, noticing the colors were off and the lack of an arm he lost.

''Wait...Cindy told me! You attacked her and your robotic arm was carrying Nullialites!'' Kyle stomped forward but Ohia who was sitting on the chair stood up getting in between the two as Isaiah slowly rose.

''Why did you attack my girl?''

''Stop please! It's not his fault!'' He looked down on Ohia, taking a few stares to realize.

''Wait, aren't you Ohia? Lehua's younger cousin? Sister of Ilima?'' She winced shedding a tear.

''Yes. I'm Ilima's younger sister.''

''Sorry for your loss.'' He remembered the broken look on Lehua's face holding his cousin when he was killed.

''It's okay. I'm moving forward with my life, since we have each other.'' She referred to Isaiah.

''Is his name really Isaiah? Isaiah Ambrosius? His mother's Eve Ambrosius?'' This got her confused.

''Yes he does have the same name with the Isaiah you and Lehua hang out with but his last name? His mother?'' She glanced at him, noticing his blank emotionless eyes turned to pure anxiousness.

''Isaiah? Uh, wait he can't speak.''

Isaiah got up, getting to Kyle's face looking like he wanted to know and kind of childish at that.

Kyle grimaced coming to realization, unsure what to think, needing confirmation that he looked at his universal scanner, scanning this Isaiah.

Only to come up positive that this Isaiah is indeed from this world meaning...

''So you're the original Isaiah?''

They got confused.

''What do you mean?''

''You know different worlds that exist? I'm certain it's a known fact with the Ultra Wormholes. The Isaiah that is infamous out there, with Lehua and I is from a different universe. This Isaiah is the long missing version here.''
