The One Who Used Me

Chapter Four

Elsa's dream~
I'm running. I have to keep running. The dark forest rushes past me as I run from this unknown thing. Twigs and leaves snap and crack beneath my feet, making it obvious where I am.
Why can't I fly? Where am I?
A high pitch scream stops me.
"Help me!" A voice cries out. I turn towards the voice and run towards it.
Suddenly I am in front or a hut, I can hear someone or something in there. I slowly open the door and find her laying on the ground. My legs go limp and I fall to my knees, letting myself scream. Why did it have to be her! I could've saved her, I could've stayed by her side. But instead, I left her.
"You're a monster" She suddenly whispers "You left me by myself. I had no one. I was left to rule a kingdom by myself!" She stood up, and I saw scratches and cuts and bruises all over her small body.
"I-I'm sorry" I tried to say, but nothing came out. Tears slid down my cheeks and onto my knees.
"You deserve to be punished, Elsa" She hissed, slowly walking towards me.
I felt all of the blood drain from my face as she said that.
"You deserve to be forgotten" She raised her palm towards me "You deserve to suffer"
As she laid her hand on my shoulder, it felt like she set fire onto my shoulder. I screamed in pain as she continued to talk "When you left, I had no one. When you left, they attacked. When you left, I almost died inside. When you left, our kingdom fell. When you left, I left" She pushed me back and I landed on my back.
"Elsa" A faint voice whispered.
She must've heard it too. She placed her foot on my chest and said "We will see each other again" She smiled and disappeared. But It wasn't over.
The hut caught on fire. I ran towards the door, but rubble blocked the door. I coughed as smoke gathered in my lungs.
"Wake up Elsa" A worried voice whispered.
"I-I can't" I fell to the ground, supporting myself with my arm.
"Elsa!"
"Jack?" I whispered, trying to stand up.
A blast of ice came through the wall, sending chunks of wood flying everywhere. I looked through the smoke to see someone running towards me.
I fell onto my back, is this how I die?
"I'm here, don't worry. I'm here" Jack whispered as I felt him pick me up.
"A-Anna" I whispered as he started running towards the hole he made. I slowly closed my eyes as I breathed a breath of fresh air.
"J-Jack. How are y-you here" I asked as he laid me down on the ground.
"Wake up" He said and smiled "just wake up and I will explain everything when you do" he kissed my forehead as everything got blurry and soon, black.

I opened my eyes to find a very worried Dad and guardian's. I saw Jack laying on the ground asleep.

"Dad" I said and hugged him, crying on his shoulder.

"S-She was there" I cried out, hugging him tighter "I should've stayed with her. I should've protected her!"

"Shh, it's okay. It's not your fault, that never happened. What she told you was a lie" He whispered, rubbing my back.

After five minutes, I let him go and wiped my cheeks. I looked down to my shoulder to find a burn mark.

I quickly hid it before anyone could see it.

Jack stood up and brushed the dust off his cloths. I ran towards him and hugged him "thank you" I whispered and let go of him, I could see the faintest blush in his cheeks. Okay, I know it's off limits to read guardian's minds, but I just want to have a little fun.

I focused on Jack and Jack only.

'Love her, she's beautiful and fun and- wait, what am I thinking! I have no chance with her' he looked down and I half giggled. He must've noticed cause he looked at me.

I cut the connection off and ran for it.

"Elsa!" Jack yelled. I heard him running after me. I ran down the stairs and into the globe room where I flew onto the top of the globe. I giggled and wiggled my fingers towards him.

He grabbed his staff that was laying on the ground.

"Oh no" I said and jumped into the air and out the window. I flew into the clouds to try to lose him, but it failed and he found me. He looked at me with a cute but evil-playful smirk. I smiled and waved at him as he flew towards me. I dropped out of the sky and saw a worried Jack in front of me. I was facing my back towards the ground and watched him try to catch up with me. Right as he was about to grab me, I flew into the forest as fast as I could. When I couldn't see him, I made a portal and teleported above the clouds.

"Jaaaaaaccccckkkkkk" I yelled and giggled, holding my stomach as I giggled. But sadly, all fun things come to an end.

Black sand started flying towards me. I dodged it and flew higher into the sky.

I made an ice whip and looked all around me. Another burst of black sand started flying towards me from right in front of me.

I focused on Jack and said ' help me '

That's when I saw him. Pitch Black. 'Where are you?' Jack asked.

'Above the clouds. Hurry' I said as I made an ice shield to protect my self from black sand.

"PITCH! THIS IS NOT YOUR WORLD TO DESTROY" I yelled, sending ice shards towards him.

"No, but It could be ours! With our powers combined, we could rule the world Elsa! Daughter of the moon and son of darkness" He smiled and slowly came towards me.

"Stay back Pitch." I warned him, but he ignored it.

A bolt of lightening struck between pitch and I, causing both of us to be pushed into the air.

I could see pitch flying towards me as I was falling, with a dagger in his hand. I started to worry, and because of that, my powers grew out of control. My hands turned blue and I knew my eyes turned a light blue. Pitch stopped and knew what this meant, he waved his hand and disappeared, not wanting to be involved in what was about to happen.

I finally regained my balance in the air before I hit the roof of the workshop. I slowly lowered myself down and sat cross legged.

'E-Elsa. Where are you' Jacks faint voice whispered.

I gasped and worry filled my heart, he's hurt 'Jack where are you!?' I cried out.

"Behind you" he whispered in my ear and wrapped his arms around me from behind "I caught you!"

I got out of his grasp and stood up, putting my cloak over my head. "I thought you were hurt by pitch you jerk" I said in a shaky voice. I ignored his calls and jumped off the roof and through the balcony that leads to my room.

-5 Hours Later-

Jack has been trying to get to me non stop. I blocked him from my mind and made sure I couldn't hear him. My whole room turned to ice as my anxiety grew. How could he have that ability? Black sand. He has never had that before. Dad has returned to the Moon Kingdom and the rest of the guardian's are hard at work preparing for they're holidays.

As for me? I'm stuck in my own anxiety that's slowly making me lose control.

"Elsa? I know you don't want to talk to me, but I know your losing control over your ice powers. The ice has spread into the hallway" He said, worry and sadness could be heard in his voice.

Slowly, I raised my hand and made the door open. I walked towards him and into the hallway, leaving a trail of ice behind me. "I'm leaving Jack. I will be back in two years time to help defeat pitch" before he said anything I made a portal and went to the Moon Kingdom.
