Chapter 1: First Meet  (A/N: word record 1242 :3 AWESOME!)

Author's POV

Penny ran freely in the park. The gentle breeze blew through her short brown hair and the grass brushed against her shoes as she picked up her pace. Behind her was her dog, Bolt, who's glare was fixed upon the yellow frisbee which was clutched in her hand. Penny finally stopped, releasing a laugh as she turned to Bolt. "Okay, you want it, boy?? Then go get it..!" She said, pulling the frisbee inwards before tossing it as far as she could. Bolt excitedly scurried away from his spot to sprint towards the direction of where she threw the frisbee. But the dog stopped once he noticed that the frisbee hit the back of Hiro's head.

"Oh no.." Penny's voice came out worried. Quickly, she ran over to Hiro, bending down to pick up her frisbee. After she straightened up, she looked at the boy. "I'm SO sorry! Are you hurt??"

In a slow pace, he walked in the park. His body was in the park, but his mind was certainly seemed somewhere else. He was thinking about someone, with dreamy eyes, his expression looking goofy at the minute. It wasn't long when he finally snapped backed to reality thanks to something that his the back of Hiro's head. But, after some second he began to feel a sharp pain, and he gave a low groan. It actually took him few seconds to realize where he was. He blinked his eyes when he heard someone apologize, and whiled around, tilting his head a little. He shifted his gaze to the frisbee, noting that it was that, that hit him just now. He looked over at the girl, and smiled sheepishly.

"It's cool.." He replied, lifting his hand to rub the back of his head, and he glanced down at Bolt. "I am fine." He added.

"Alright, cool! I'll try aiming better next time." She replied, letting the whole situation fall onto casual terms. She turned away from him, bringing the frisbee inwards before tossing it far again. "Go get it Bolt!" But then a loud bellow was heard from a man who had just been hit with the frisbee. "...Whoops." Penny felt both shocked and stupid for doing the same thing all over again. She turned to Hiro, cupping the side of her mouth as she whispered,"If someone asks...That wasn't me." The hand that she used to cup the side of her mouth was now covering the whole side of her face, trying to hide herself from the man who was looking around for the person who hit him. Penny was so easily noticed by people since she starred in the TV show about her dog Bolt. She was practically a celebrity.

Hiro winced when the frisbee hit someone yet again. "So much for next time..." He mumbled. When Penny tried to hide her face so desperately, he blinked then took a few steps forward, and placed his hand beside his mouth.

"Sir! T-That's my frisbee!" He yelled, and the adult turned around, frowning lightly. But since he was a kid in his eyes, he just hands the frisbee, lightly scolding him, reminding him to be careful next time. Hiro nodded, bowing a little since he was Japanese. When the man walked away, he turned around to Penny.

Penny stood there, looking down as she tried to hide her face. She was too nervous to admit that she was the one who hit the man with the frisbee. What if he recognizes her and spreads rumors that Penny, the actress, hit him in the face with a frisbee? But she didn't have to worry anymore once Hiro claimed that he was the one who threw the frisbee.

Her eyes widened in astonishment. She felt so guilty that he took the blame but at the same time she was relieved. She uncovered her face, looking at Hiro with the same astonished expression. "Whoa...Th-thank you." She blinked. "But..Why did you do that? Are you always this nice to strangers?" She asked, only a little bit of a joking tone in her voice.

He handed her the frisbee, blinked, flashing a small grin as he arched a brow. "Not always. You just seemed--.....desperate in hiding yourself." He replied honestly with a shrug. "I mean, why were you hiding?" He asked, not knowing who she was. Well, it was not that surprising considering he was not that much into serial movies. Nor he had the time, perhaps his aunt may know her. She does watches quite the movies.
