Oh my god. I haven't updated in what almost two months? I'm so sorry! And I know this isn't to good but it's better thn nothing for now.

And I tried to make this chapter a little funny too. Did I succeed?

Also, votes and comments would really help me feel like I have to update faster and thus update faster. Otherwise I feel like no one enjoys it or is reading it. The only reason I haven't completely stopped it is that I hate not finishing what I start.

If you have any suggestions or ideas let me know! Any and all are appreciated!

And with that I leave you to read. Bye!

~Ari

***Anastasia's POV***

After I snapped at her Drew stopped banging her head and she along with Teresa, Rose, and Alex shut up and left me alone.

I enjoyed the rest of my shower in peace and quiet.

I came out half expecting Drew to be sitting there in front of the door waiting so that she could continue pestering me but no one was there.

I quickly changed, ate and went to bed just in case they came back. But in the end it wasn't necessary and they didn't bother me not once.

I slept very well that night.

Okay, that's a lie.

The 'I slept very well that night' part anyway.

I tossed and turned in bed all night. I felt bad for snapping at her like that.

It was my choice to come down to Earth and help. I didn't have too. I could've just stayed the silent unseen white shadow that is an angel and do my job from the sidelines completely undetected.

But I didn't. I didn't want to just do my job I wanted to do my job well. So I gave up most of my powers, and decided to risk my eternal fate by coming down and doing it on Earth where if I wasn't careful anyone at anytime could blow my cover. And so, it was up to me to keep my emotions in place and ignore my own personal likes and dislikes and do my job.

Which means I would have to go to that cotillion thingy.

Damn.

The next morning I got up, got ready and went downstairs to find the family of four eating breakfast silently at the table.

I sighed and entered the room.

At least this would make her happy.

"Drew, are you ready to go?" I asked.

Four pairs of slightly differently colored blue eyes turned to look at me.

It was actually kinda creepy and very unsettling.

"Go where?" She asked with a mouthful of waffle in her mouth.

"Where do you think?" I replied trying not to add sarcasm to the question.

It took her a moment to figure it out but then she swallowed and jumped out of her seat, knocking the chair over.

"Really? Do you really mean it?! You'll go to the cat million thingy with me!?" She squeaked her frown turning upside down.

"Cotillion." Alex corrected.

"Yes." I sighed. "If it will really make you that happy."

"Oh, I'm so happy to hear you say that! I knew you'd come around! I already called Harry last night and he said he'd come as your date! Eeee! This is going to be so much fun!"
