Two thugs were struggling to pick up a Body Bag in the truck of a car with a brick attached to it while overseeing a pier.
"This motherfucker's heavy..."
"That's is what a good meal will do to ya. Ugh..."
They eventually threw it over the bridge. A splash of water being heard as the body sinked to be forgotten or to be discovered by some fisherman.
Before they could turn around you snapped the first guy's neck and consumed him. The second thug looked in shock. Trying to flee. You grabbed the other guy by the neck and slammed him against the car and consumed him, getting more information out of him.

"Damm, ain't this a pisser." A thug sighed as their truck loaded with drugs and weapons ran out of gas and used the last bits to park in a allyway "Fuck."
They exited out their truck. The passenger holding a AR-15. "It's nighttime. I don't like this."
"No psychopaths around here. We're good." He then put a cigarette in his mouth then pulled out a lighter to smoke.
"Tell that to the Reaper guy that's going wild on the news. Heard man's injured one of the spiders. The ghost one."
"Well shit. Can't tell if that's a good thing or a bad thing."
"If I were you. I rather chose that annoying idiot." You said watching them from a hidden location above.
"What the shitballs?!" He aimed his gun around, looking everywhere, the second thug dropped his lighter and spit out his cigarette, coughing as well."
"What the fuck?! He's here."
Before they can get back in their truck. The driver got sliced in half. You quickly evaded detection. Then you started hunting the other guy.
"Godammit! Shit! Shit!" He said as he aimed his Rifle at you're last known location and then up.
"Why don't you run?" You said watching him in the shadows. He screamed in annoyance before taking his pistol and shooting himself in the head not wanting to deal with you.
"Hmmm..." You starred at the truck. And punched it in the engine. Then picked up the lighter. punching the truck again at it's gas tank.
As gasoline came out of the truck. You lit the lighter and tossed it on the gasoline. Fully setting the truck ablaze.

Seeking something better. You decided to head to Black Mask's Hideout in the city. Apparently like you suspected. Few of the criminal leaders and villains kept you're word so you needed to get rid of everyone at that table. Make quick use of Black Mask and send another message. As you glided towards the location. A news report on a Giant TV caught you're attention. Causing you to stop on a rooftop.
"Manhunt continues for Super powered Vigilante. "The Reaper" the Suspect have Viciously murdered multiple Criminals in New York in under two days.
The suspect was also present in Gotham but wasn't talked about much or recognized due to how little he showed up or was how good he was at hiding.
