I just can't get over the fact that you're safe and alive. Watson wrote out.

Its been two days, I've figured out his name is Watson. Jamie still won't go near him, Wolf still growls at him, and Aaron still is warry of him. Watson has talked to me a lot. Well technically wrote to me. I give him grunted responses as well as smiles, dark glares, and maybe slaps upside the head.

I figured out he is my father. He proved to me that he knows things that went on inside of the house that no one else knew.

The man is nice, just sometimes stupid. In the socializing state of mind. When he's hunting, making weapons, or making or preparing food he's amazing. He's funny too. He's sarcastic, like me and Aaron. The bad thing is, he isn't fatherly. Watson can't comfort me when I'm sad, hurt, angry, or anything. Aaron has to jump in.

Speaking of Aaron. He is currently sharpening one of our metal knives. Very angrily. I smile at Watson and walk over to Aaron and sit. I grunt a question.

"I can't believe you like that guy. He's a total ass. I see him glare at Wolf, stare at Jamie like he's gonna kill her, and tries picking fights with me. You haven't noticed because you aren't around when it happens. You need to do something about it." He looks at me. "Are you listening?" I nod.

Watson starts to come over. Aaron groans. I look up at the sky. It's still clear for miles. Great. I point to the woods. Aaron nods.

I take Wolf and Jamie with me. I need to clear my head and hunt. We head into the woods, Jamie automatically taking to the trees. Wolf and I trot in the shadows of the evening. I see nothing in sight. Nothing moving. Wolf pricks his ears. We stop. He turns his head sideways, confused. I motion for him to move towards it. He starts to his right. I follow him. After a few minutes of running we stop and look around. Wolf immediately took to digging so I help. We dig up a family of hedgehogs. Wolf snaps necks, Jamie jumps on some, and I cut their throats. We kill all sixteen and start carrying them back. Wolf has two by putting their small heads in his mouth. Jamie has four in one hand and two in her mouth. I have the rest on my belt of deer skin.

As we near the edge of the woods surrounding the camp, we hear a scream. It was a rage and pain filled scream. I know it is Aaron. I know they had fought.

I run towards the scream to see Watson pinning Aaron against the cave wall. He had a knife pushed up against Aaron's neck while glaring at him. Aaron has his arms pinned above him by one of Watson's hands. Aaron is glaring at Watson with much hate. I drop the prey on the ground and yank Watson off. I throw him on the ground and quickly sit on him, pinning his arms and taking the knife.

Wolf rushes over and takes Aaron's bow and gives it to Aaron. Jamie squeals and pins Watson's arms for me. I press the blade to his neck with a cold glare. The bastard has the nerve to flinch. I press the knife harder, drawing a trickle of blood. Wolf bites down on his right leg, laying across the other making sure he doesn't kick. I smile evily. I take the knife away from his throat only to stab his upper arm. He tries to scream in pain. I cover his mouth with my hand and twist the knife, he whimpers. I yank it out and slide it down his cheek, drawing blood. I lift the knife again, this time above his heart. Just as I'm about to stab him, I'm pulled off.

I turn to my intruder and glare. Aaron stares back at me, less hateful. "That is your father. Yes, he did hurt me, yes I hate him, and yes he's a douche. But do you really want to kill him for that. I want to kill him just as badly, trust me. Give him one more chance. It's only been two days. Maybe he learned his lesson." I'm actually taken back by what he's saying. He was almost killed by my father, now he wants to spare his life? The world is messed up.
