It's been four weeks. We haven't found Jason. We haven't found Jamie. We have found Wolf. He was injured in the woods. He was obviously in a fight. I don't know what's wrong or what happened but I am going to find out. No one messes with my brother.
I hope he's okay. I hope Jamie isn't scared. I hope no one is dead.
...
I can't see. I can't move. I can't. I'm broken. My throat is sore. My head aches. My mind is messed up. All I can think about is killing. Kill anything I see. They're the problem. They did this to me.
I need to feel their blood on my hands. See their pain. And hear their screams.
I need to kill.
Suddenly a bright light pops on. Like a sun right in my face. I am blinded even though my eyes are closed. I wait a second until I open them. I see a grey room. A small concrete room. In it is the table I'm on, which is concrete, a door, also concrete, and two wolves and one gorilla. Two male wolves one female gorilla. Not hard to kill.
I can take them on.
One comes near. It's a wolf. I am still strapped. I look at my hands in a hurry. There are metal cuffs on my wrists. Obviously it is computer controlled. So that means someone is watching. Someone to kill.
I tug on my wrist to try and free it with no luck. I growl at the wolf. He stops. Backs down. Coward.
I feel the restraints loosen. Open. I'm free. I jump up immediately, growling on all fours. Like a wild dog.
The wolves and gorilla back down, cower against the wall. I let out a howling laugh. They flinch. Slowly I crawl toward them. One of the wolves is pushed towards me. I quickly grab its neck with my teeth. Biting hard to hold him, I lead him around the room. I shake my head when he struggles. I throw him against the walls, making him squeal. I laugh at that through his bloodstained fur.
I toss him aside. He limps away. With my eyes trained in the gorilla, I slowly crawl toward her. She screeches and backs away. I laugh.
Another wolf comes up in front of her, growling at me. Protecting her. Fool. I lunge at him with no warning. I grab his neck with my jaws locked and take his forepaw in my hand. I drag him to the side and throw him against a wall, turning to the gorilla again.
I walk toward her on two legs this time. She still cowers. Why are they all cowards? Why am I in a room with powerful animals who won't fight?
I suddenly grab her neck and squeeze. She is still pretty young, maybe about one or two so I can still beat her. She whimpers.
I fall as something big lands on my back. I let go of her neck and turn to the wolf. I lunge for his side, he moves. He goes for my leg, I move.
I'm running through the woods with my pack. I see green and yellow. I hear her screeches, excited and happy. I hear his footsteps, happy and excited.
I shake my head of the horrid thing. I don't know what it was.
Focus on the fight Jason.
I crouch on fours and growl, showing my teeth. He shows his, crouching lower. I jump up, not at him. He thinks I'm jumping toward him though, so he moves toward me. I land on his back. Quickly placing my teeth in his scruff, I bring him down.
Holding his still alive body down, I grunt as a sharp pain stabs my arm. I look at the thing that stabbed me. A person. I remove my teeth from the wolf and instead sink them into the person. He yelps but wait. I don't know what he's waiting for but, okay.
My vision blurs. I lose my grip on him. My senses are numbing. I am falling asleep. I fight to keep my eyes open and my mind awake. I kick him. I bite him.
But I still go to sleep.
I wake in a light room on a table again. I see the same concrete room. I see the same concrete door. I smell the same earthy smell. I see no animals.
A man comes in. He looks familiar. My mind works hard to remember.
He stabbed me.
Stabbed.
Me.
I lunge at him only to be held back by the restraints. I growl instead, getting as close to him a possible. He doesn't even flinch.
"I know you are wondering why you are here. Well, we've been watching you. You have lived through abuse, starvation, and many battles. You have a strong mind yet you've been isolated for thirteen years. Now you're an animal. You are the only know human to unlock his animal instincts. The only known."
He takes a breath.
"You are going to work for us. Okay? You are our weapon now. You are no longer free. You have no name, no friends, no protection. You protect yourself. You are your friend. You are nothing else. You are a weapon."
I don't understand what he's saying. I just know I want to kill him. As soon as I'm free, I'm going to kill him.
All I see is red. All I need is red. All I need to do is survive. All I want to do is survive. All I can do is survive. I can't die. That's what he wants. That's what they all want. I won't let that happen.
