"Vanir girl?" The lady known as Sif called out to me. "Is thou not joining our spar?"

"I have a name, Sif." I retorted before continuing, "And I shall not join your... Spars...?" Honestly, it didn't seem like they were sparring. More of 'chase one another with weapons until one falls'.

Getting up from a stone I had been sitting on, I made my way over to a nearby tree, once again lying under it.

         {End of  Feronia's  POV}
It wasn't long before the gods 'Dueling' had taken a turn. Sif was making nonstop war cries, Interrupting  Feronia's interesting conversation with the tree every time, Volstagg was making constant attempts to hit Loki, who was ether desperately trying to annoy Feronia or get her attention,
(Loki! I swear if I see another strand of someone's cut hair on my face-) and Thor, whom kept making the ground rumble. But it was Fandral that annoyed her the most. Apparently, he had noticed that Feronia wasn't paying attention to the battle, so he kept making exaggerated comments about things he did.

"Oh! Did you see that hit? Impressive Hm? Makes thou want to see us, right Feronia?"

"Actually, it makes me want to claw my eyes out as well as going deaf!" She snapped back, not bothering to open her eyes.

"You are a feisty one, aren't you?" A smooth voice teased from above.

Feronia didn't reply. She growled for a moment before opening her eyes. It was Loki.

"Shouldn't you be.... Sparring .... With an 'Actual group of gods'? "

"Perhaps."

If Feronia could, she would've spat in his face. Though, that wouldn't really end well, with him towering above her.

"May I join?"

The goddess pursed her lips.
Most of the girl wanted to spit out a "No" but some small part in her head was screaming yes.

She fumbled with words for a moment, before quickly saying,
"Thou may."

And with that, he took his place beside her in silence

~

Well, until Feronia suddenly burst out laughing. Causing Loki to look at her in confusion.

"Farin," she started, noticing his expression "Is telling me a legend-"
The goddess was cut off

"Farin?"

"The tree-"

"Thou was communicating to a plant all this time?"

"Yes, however-"

"Vanir are strange." The God stated before getting up and walking back to the others.

The redhead sat up, watching Loki walk away with a flustered look on her face.

She refused to talk to any of the Asgardians for the rest of her visit.

And Loki actually thought they were bonding.
