"Oracle, when are the motorcycles coming?" asked Nightwing.

"They should be there soon," replied Oracle.

"When are Lee's choppers getting here?" asked Bullock impatiently.

"There's been some kind of delay.  The pilots got the wrong coordinates, and they're going to Tallahassee," said a Q.R.T. officer.

"Tallahassee?  Oracle, did you-"

"Hack the police helicopter's coordinates grid?  Yup."

"God, I love you."

"I don't doubt it," she responded easily.  "The motorcycles should be behind the movie theater."

"On our way," informed Nightwing.

Nightwing and Robin glided to the movie theater while Red Hood had to grapple his way down.  This, kids, is why you should wear gloves to avoid rope burn, he thought flippantly.

"Dammit."

"What is it, Red Hood?" asked Nightwing.

"I think the search light caught me as I grappled," responded Red Hood.

The three had just mounted their motorcycles as they hear on the police radio, "Detective Bullock, a police officer thinks she got one of the suspects in her search light."

"Who?" asked Detective Bullock.

"Caitlin Winchester."

"Tell Lee to give Caitlin Winchester a raise," said Detective Bullock.

"I doubt she needs it," the same officer replied.  "Her husband is pretty highly ranked as far as cops go."

"Who's her husband," Bullock asked, pausing.

"Dean Winchester.  He works Homicide."

"Ah."

"C'mon," Red Hood growled at his motorcycle. "Move faster, damn you."

The Batcycle, Redbird, and Nightbird roared to life.  Nightwing, Red Hood, and Robin could hear police sirens.

"That's our cue," Nightwing said as he and his brothers drove out.

"Turn right," Oracle directed.

The brothers turned a sharp right, the Batcycle nearly slamming into a wall.  "I don't like this thing," Red Hood snarled.

"What next?" asked Robin.

"Okay, go straight for the next three miles then get onto the freeway."

"It's like she's a G.P.S.," Red Hood muttered, making sure he didn't say that into his com-link.

"Miami P.D. turn off your engine and put your hands over head," someone said through a megaphone from a squad car.  Turning on his motorcycle, Robin could see they were closing in fast.

Robin threw a spiked pellet and watched the police car crash into the medium.  "Got 'em," Red Hood chuckled.

"You sound like a teenager," Nightwing said in disgust.

"I am a teenager.  I'm nineteen."

They turned onto the highway, cutting off a bunch of cars as they did so.  Horns blared after them as they cut their way on their motorcycles.  "Okay, now take Exit 512," Oracle said, interrupting whatever Nightwing was going to say to Red Hood.

The brothers swerved in time to get to Exit 512.

"They took the nearest exit just like we thought, Detective Bullock."

"Are the spikes ready?" asked the detective.

"Yes, sir."

"And the strike team is ready?"

"Yes, sir," said the same voice.

"Nightwing, Robin, Red Hood, WATCH OUT," Oracle bellowed just a fraction of a second too late.

The Nigtbird got caught in the spikes.  Nightwing fell off his motorcycle and skidded on the street.

"Nightwing!  Damn it," Red Hood snarled.

Red Hood and Robin watched from a distance as a strike team of five circled Nightwing.

"Unit 42 to base, we have one suspect," said a member of the strike team.

The brothers launched themselves into action.  Robin threw an electric batarang, stunning a strike team member unconscious, while Red Hood knocked out another strike team member.  Nightwing put his eskrima sticks to good use, taking out the remaining three strike team members.

"Nightbird, voice command, self destruct," Nightwing ordered.

The next second the Nightbird was in flames.

"You will be avenged," Nightwing said solemnly.

"Unit 42, are you still there?"

"Unit 42 to base, we have custody of all three suspects," Robin said in a perfect imitation at the strike team's leader's voice.

"Excellent, Unit 42.  Do you require back up?"

"Unit 42 to base, negative, why would I need back up for three suspects already in custody?" Robin asked again in his perfect imitation.

Red Hood smirked at his brother's irrepressible attitude.

"Unit 42, it's standard procedure to have back up for vigilantes," base responded.

"Unit 42 to base, of course, sorry.  Just havin' G.C.P.D. boss me around is pissin' me off."

"Unit 42, agreed, having Harvey Bullock be the boss is ridiculous.  He's just a detective, Marky has been a Lieutenant  for seven years and some detective from Gotham comes in bossin' everyone."

"Unit 42 to base, I have to read these scum bags their rights.  Fill you in later."

Robin turned the police radio off.

"I love having a mimic in the family," Red Hood grinned.

Oracle coughed pointedly.

"And a badass hacker sister," Red Hood amended hastily.
