Red Hood had just grappled to a neighboring building before Q.R.T. entered the bank.  Red Hood pulled out a pair of binoculars and peered into the bank, crouching down so as not to be seen.  He watched the unconscious three thugs being taken out of the bank by seven police officers, cuffed and basically being dragged because of their weight.

Bang, bang, bang!

The thugs jerked violently, matching spots of dark blood spreading across their chests.

"Nightwing!"

"Red Hood, what the hell is going on?"  Nightwing's voice was strained and he sounded distracted.

"Nightwing, we have to leave now."

"Why?  We have to catch the person who sniped KGBeast and his henchmen," Nightwing argued.

"No, we don't.  Listen, Q.R.T. will set a perimeter; we have to leave now."

"Fine, meet me in the alley behind the bank," Nightwing acquiseced.

"Be there in thirty seconds," Red Hood said, grappling to the back alley.

"Red Hood, I have news for you concerning Falcone."  Oracle's voice was pinched and worried, her fingers tapping as always over keys.

"What is it?" Red Hood asked, getting onto the Batcycle with Nightwing.

"Falcone escaped Blackgate a few months ago.  G.C.P.D. did a city wide search for him," Oracle informed him.  "Organized crime rates have dropped forty percent in Gotham since his breakout."

"Because he moved his business to Miami," Red Hood guessed, doing a sharp turn and nearly smashing into a trashcan.  "God, I hate this pathetic excuse for a motorcycle so much."

"Wouldn't his breakout be all over the news?" asked Nightwing, joining their conversation.

"It would if the media found out.  Normally breakouts are televised, but someone didn't let the media televise it.  Probably because in the past year there has been more breakouts form Arkham and Blackgate then there has been in the last twenty years," Oracle snorted.  Nightwing could practically see her shaking her head in amused disgust as she spoke.

"So, Falcone hired Scarecrow, KGBeast, and David Cain," stated Red Hood.

"But why did someone kill KGBeast?" asked Nightwing.

"Maybe because-"

Oracle was cut off by Nightwing's shout of, "RED HOOD, WATCH OUT!"

Red Hood was so caught up in conversation, he hadn't realize the police roadblock.

"Turn your engine off," ordered a Q.R.T. officer.

Red Hood turned the Batcycle around only to see two police trucks blocking the road.  Nightwing looked to the roofs above hoping for a safe place to grapple to be greeted by Q.R.T. snipers.

"We are in deep shit, my brother," Red Hood muttered.

"This is your last warning, turn your engine off and put your hands over your head," shouted the same Q.R.T. officer.

"Nightwing, about how many of them are there?"

"More than thirty," Nightwing responded.

"The shit is deeper than I anticipated," Red Hood hissed.  "Follow my lead."

Red Hood got off the motorcycle and on his knees, putting his hands over his head.

"What are you doing?"  Nightwing might have been a born leader and trained since he was nine, but that didn't mean he was immune to his brother's antics.
