Cater came out of the dorm, Ace carrying a large white box close behind him.

"Y/N!!" He happily ran over dragging a confused y/n into his arms.

"Dia- Diamond-Sama!" Y/n's face went red with a mixture of being in a handsome man's arms, and air loss.

Cater let him go, patting his shoulders. "Oh! Right!" He pulled out his pen, "Hold still!"

Y/n closed his eyes as Cater tapped the top of his head with his pen.

He felt his clothes change, slowly opening his eyes he looked down to see a Heartslabyul uniform replacing his clothes.

It was a mix of Deuce's, Cater's, and Riddle's uniform. A little loose, the sleeves went past his hands, the red vest only had only button done, one of the sleeves had a checker-like pattern on it, his vest ended at his knees, a blood-red rose rested over his heart, a heart pin with the ladders "QH" inside it, a Jack Of Spades underneath the pin.

"Knew you'd look beautiful in our uniform!" He pulled out his phone, "I can have a picture can't I?"

"Su- sure!" Y/n's face was bright red as Cater snapped a quick picture, before pulling y/n close to him, and taking a selfie, as-though y/n was some kinda celebrity.

"You look soooo cute!" Cater squealed, walking y/n back to his seat, and taking the chair beside him.

Riddle took a long sip of his tea, "So, how has your classes been going?"

"They- they've been going good..."

"Don't be so humble!" Cater cheered, smiling over at y/n.

"I- I'm not being humble..." Y/n looked at his lap, playing with his sleeves.

"I agree with Cater. You're the top of the whole first year." Trey added, smiling over his tea-cup.

"It's nothing..." Y/n shuffled his feet, Riddle set a plate, with a slice of cake, in-front of him.

"That's wonderful y/n. You should be proud of yourself."

Y/n blushed, "Thank- thank you Rosehearts-sama..."

Ace scuffed, "It's nothing that big. It's not like he has anything else to do, he doesn't have any friends." He teased, grabbing yet another slice of y/n's tart.

"Ace." Trey shook his head.

"He has more friends then you." Deuce mumbled, "This tart is so good, y/n." He moaned, stuffing another fork-full, of y/n's tart, in his mouth.

"Thank you..." Y/n smiled, blushing harder.

"It's... alright, I guess." Ace pouted, taking another bite of y/n's tart.

Y/n smiled, "Thank you, Ace." He took a bite of the slice of cake, humming happily at the taste, "But Clover-sama's sweets are much better!"

Trey laughed, "You're too sweet."  He pushed up his glasses, a light blush on his cheeks.

The unbirthday party ended, y/n helped clean up, and went inside the dorm, Riddle invited him for some more tea to talk over. A one-on-one chat, far less formal.

Riddle pulled out y/n's chair, motioning for him to take a seat. "Tell me a bit more about yourself." Riddle smiled, pouring y/n a cup of coffee, and himself a cup of tea.

"Um... I was born and raised in Samoća city, m- my mother is a Lawyer, and my father is a doctor. I- I graduated from high-school top of my school and- and that's it."

"Hm. My mother is a magic doctor. My father is a Lawyer... I believe..." Riddle took another sip of his tea, y/n hurried to copy him. "And I also graduated top of my class."

"I expected as much..." Y/n played with his rings.

Riddle smiled, "There's no need to be nervous." He chuckled, rubbing y/n's leg with his foot.

Y/n glanced up before looking back at his coffee, "Thank you... I- I'm not too sure what to do..." He rubs the back of his neck. "I- I haven't had many friends..."

Riddle nods picking up his tea cup, lifting it to his lips; "Neither have I." He takes a sip, setting it back down. "What's you favorite subject?"

"I- I get full marks in them all..."

"Hm? That's good, but I was asking about your favorite."

Y/n thought, he had never thought about that. What matters what he likes? All that matters is that he does well. "Uh... May- maybe... magizoology (The study of magical creatures)? But- but that's not a subject here so... potions?"

"Hm... do you wanna be a magizoologist?" Riddle asked, dropping a sugar-cube into his tea.

"Not- not really. I don't wanna work in a magical-field."

Riddle furrowed his brows, "Excuse me?"

"I- I don't wanna work with magic. I wanna do something without magic." Y/n darted his gaze anywhere but Riddle's blue-grey eyes.

"And why is that?"

"Um. I- I don't know. I just- my parents aren't big fans of magic, I wanna do something without magic. Like- like a Lawyer, or- or a doctor..."

Riddle hummed, "My mother wants me to be a doctor like her. But- one thing I've learned is: do what you want; not what your parents want."

"Hey welcome back!" Ruggie bounded over to the door, "How was the party?"

"Good. Rosehearts-sama and I got to know each-other a-little more..."

Ruggie's ears went down, "Oh?" He tried to ignore the jealously rising in his chest. "That's good!"

"Yeah, we're more a-like then I thought." Y/n told Ruggie all about it, sitting by the side of the pool, in the lobby; Ruggie sat on the rug next to him.

"Woah. I didn't think Riddle could be that... human."

"We're all human." Y/n pulled his necklace out of his shirt, playing with it.

Ruggie stared at it, y/n's been wearing it for awhile, or at-least he's noticed it after awhile. "Where did you get that?"

Y/n looked up, "Get what?"

Ruggie nodded towards the necklace around the younger's neck, "That necklace."

Y/n looked down, looking surprised at what was wrapped around his fingers. "Oh. It was a gift... from Floyd-Sama."

Ruggie's ears pinned down in surprise, "Excuse me!?"

"Floyd-Sama gave it to me during the whole culture fair training thing..."

Ruggie held out his hand, silently asking to see it. Y/n took it off, gently placing it into Ruggie's palm, he didn't take it off often; so his neck felt oddly... empty without it.

Ruggie lifted the gem up to the light, "Is this... sea glass?"

Y/n shook his head, "It's a Peridot. Their a rare gem, which forms deep inside the Earth's mantle and is brought to the surface by volcanoes. Floyd-sama said he found it a few years back. He said my magic pen reminded him of it, so he wanted to give it to me."

"Oh? Did he want anything?"

Y/n shook his head again. "No... why? Should I have given him something back?"

Ruggie shook his head, "No, no. That's... that's not it..."

Why would Floyd give y/n something with nothing in return? Was it apart of a plan Azul had? Ruggie thought, trying to brush off that feeling in his stomach as worry, and not jealousy.
