-three and a half weeks later-

I woke up and looked at the clock, grimacing, it's been four weeks since Anika has been gone, and I'm losing it. Every night I go out drinking, I go out partying, and I miss her.

I got up and rubbed my eyes. I went into the rest room and stripped out of my clothes, and got into the shower. I washed myself and then got out, brushing my teeth. I tied up my hair into a loose bun and added some shadowy eye makeup. I put on a loose fitting sweater and some short shorts, with my green flats.

I went into the kitchen and grabbed out a red bull, chugging it. I grabbed out a slice of cold pizza from a box on the counter, and went into the front room. I turned on the television and started watching some random show. I wasn't even really paying attention, though. All I could think about was wanting someone to tell them they love me again.

I heard my cell phone begin to ring, and I grabbed it, answering groggily. "Yellow?" I said, sitting back and shoving more food into my face.

"Green, purple, chartreuse!" A giggly voice rang on the other line.

"Anika!?" I yelled, choking on the cold pizza.

"Nope, Santa. Yessss, how are you babes!!?"  She yelled, excitedly.

"I miss you." I said, hearing someone knocking on the front door. I got up and walked over to it.

"I miss you too, baby. I wrote a song the other day, and damn, so much has happened. The tour is so boring without you. But, hey, only another few weeks until I get a break and get to come home!" She laughed into the phone. She sounded so happy... Without me....

I answered the door and my friend, Josh, walked in, smiling. He leaned down and I stood on my tippy toes, wrapping him in a warm embrace and kissing his lips. "I can't wait, babe" I sounded sad. Josh smirked at me and flopped on my couch. I walked over to him, taking off my sweater slowly and seductively.

He got up and ran his fingers over my bare stomach. "Eli and I are friends again! And, I had a scare with Andy, and Mike finally came out to the entire fan base about being gay!!!" She said, happiness practically radiating through the phone.

"You okay babe!!?!?" Anika's worried voice asked. I whimpered yeah and then told her that I was sorry, but I had to go to work. She easily said okay and let me go, saying that she too had a Bryanstars interview to go to.
