Sapphire saw how his species get annilated in front of her, she can't do about, all she could do was to float in the surface and watch as one by one all the siren's got captured and killed by the humans,who she thought was kind.

She was in despair, sapphire last thread of reasons, snap when she saw her brothers, father and mother got captured in a net being pulled up in one of the ships.

With that, Sapphire Broke that "VERY IMPORTANT RULE".

The song was both melodic and eerie, which made all the humans attracted to it, enough to make them stop at what are they doing and listen to her song which going to be the results of their very own death.

As sapphire hold the notes higher and higher, they don't know that the waves and weather started to changed.

The calm ocean and weather change into an aggressive one, Thunder begin to appear in the sky, yet the humans was captivated by sapphire angelic voice that they didn't realize the sudden change.

By the time they realize that the tides rise so high up, was already too late.

Those tides collapse on them, hitting all of them like a giant boulder.

Screams can be heard everywhere, screaming in terror and calling their commander for help but it was no use as they also was caught in the huge and violent waves.

The waves continued until no ship was left on sight, it's like there's no such thing happen in the first place.

Sapphire manage to save some of her kind but at what cost?

There's only some of them had left and now looking at her in anger, she didn't able to save even one of her family aside from that she broke one of the very first and important rule.

And now the taboo is taking her as a punishment for breaking a rule her skin slowly decaying as her beautiful features turn into something horrifying.

Sapphire is not the only one having this sudden change, all of them, all of the siren's remaining survivors.

They can't stop it, no matter how much they lash out on sapphire or scream in despair, they can't anything about it.

The humans who was greedy for eternal youth and almost annilated their species, that's right... They should hate the humans, they should resent them.
