Currently within a Hospital's Labor Ward, soft beeping from the monitors filled the room during an intense moment unfolding. A woman named Ayako lay on the hospital bed, her brow furrowed in concentration as she gripped the sides of the bed.

Ayako: (Age: 27) MMMMM....AHHHHH....!!!!
Her husband, Raion, stood beside her, his hand clasping hers tightly.

Raion: (Age: 30) Just breathe, Ayako... You're doing amazing...
Raion encouraged. He brushed a damp strand of hair from her forehead, his eyes filled with admiration and anxiety.
Ayako: Rai, it hurts so much...
Ayako gasped, her voice strained.
Raion: I know, I know. Just a little longer. You're so strong...
He replied, trying to conceal the tremor in his voice. The hours of labor had been grueling, but he was determined to be her rock.
Doctor: Alright, you're doing great. You're almost there. I want you to give me everything you've got.
With a nod, Ayako focused all her energy on the task at hand.
Doctor: Okay... on three... One... two... three!
Ayako: MMMMMMMM....!!!!
Raion watched in awe as determination washed over Ayako's face. He could see the effort and pain etched into her features.
