THIRD PERSON'S POV:
It's difficult to be a single parent and take on the responsibility of raising a child alone. Y/N had been raising her five-year-old daughter, Nari, on her own since Nari's mother departed four years ago.
Despite having to work two jobs, Y/N always managed to find time for Nari. The little girl was her whole world, and she was determined to provide her with a good life. Nari was the only thing that kept her moving forward and motivated to work hard every day.
Today was Nari's first day of kindergarten, and she was absolutely thrilled. She was dressed in her adorable school uniform, with a pink unicorn backpack slung over her shoulders. Holding tightly to Y/N's hand, Nari skipped down the hallway, her excitement palpable.
Y/N could hardly contain her smile as she looked down at her precious daughter, feeling a sense of pride welling up inside of her. Nari was so brave and so full of life, and she knew that her daughter was going to do great things.
As Y/N and Nari were approaching the classroom, Y/N noticed a striking woman with blonde hair, dressed in professional business attire, kneeling down in front of a tearful little boy. The boy was clearly upset, and the woman looked at him with a worried expression, her hands gently rubbing his shoulders in a calming gesture. Y/N couldn't help but feel a pang of sympathy for the little boy, understanding that he was having a tough time saying goodbye to his mother.
"Shhh, darling, it's okay. You're going to have so much fun here. I promise you won't even miss me. Don't cry, I'll be back soon." Roseanne spoke softly and soothingly, gently running her fingers through her son's hair.
"Yes I will, mommy, please don't leave me." The boy's voice was filled with desperation, his little cheeks wet with tears. His chest heaved up and down as he struggled to calm himself, clearly distressed at the thought of being left alone.
Nari and Y/N had now reached the woman, who was still struggling to calm her crying son. Nari, with a bright smile on her face, turned to the boy and asked, "Hi, I'm Nari. It's my first day here. What's your name?"
Y/N couldn't help but smile affectionately at her sweet little girl, feeling proud as she observed Nari's efforts to comfort and befriend a scared classmate. Her gaze then shifted to the blonde woman who was still kneeling on the ground.
Roseanne looked up, her eyes locking with Y/N's gaze, and her breath caught in her throat for a brief moment. She was taken aback by the stunning yet ruggedly handsome features of the woman standing next to the little girl. However, she quickly regained her composure, standing up straight and holding her son's hand.
The little boy sniffled and wiped his tears with the back of his hand, replying softly, "J-Jungwon."
Nari grinned in excitement as she learned his name. "Nice to meet you, Jungwon." She said cheerfully. "Why are you crying?"
Jungwon eventually stopped crying and wiped away his tears again before answering her question. "My mommy is leaving me, and I'm scared." He admitted bravely.
Roseanne tenderly brushed her fingers through Jungwon's hair before speaking softly. "I've reassured him multiple times that I'll be back to pick him up within a few hours, yet he still seems quite anxious."
