Chapter 5

Chapter five

Violet and Sora were walking through Trost. Suddenly they heard a big boom that made the ground shake. It was followed by people running towards wall rose and screaming. Sora cursed under her breath thinking the worst. "Come on let's get on that building to see what's happening." Sora says. They both used their 3DMG and saw titans rapidly filling into the wall. "Are you serious!?" Sora yells "it's happening again!" Sora says and starts crying. Violet comes and pulls Sora into a hug. "It's okay." Violet says "I'm sure we'll all make it." Sora starts wiping her tears. "Thanks Violet." She said "now let's go kill some titans!!" Sora manages to smile. They both run and start slicing the titans necks.
After Sora and Violet killed a couple titans, they found Armin sitting on a roof, sobbing. Worriedly, Sora ran over to Armin with Violet close behind. "Armin what's wrong?" Sora asked, hugging Armin tightly. "Eren. H-he sacrificed his li-life for me." Just as Sora was about to respond, Violet yelled, "titan! Let's lead it away from Armin!" Sora and Violet took off down the streets with the titan close on their trail. But once they got down the streetcar enough Violet went tumbling down onto one of the roofs, shingles digging into her skin. "I'll lead it away from you!" Sora yelled, "don't worry!" After trying to distract the titan from Violet, the titan smacked Sora away and she fell to the ground in a heap. The Titan reached for Violet, who was trying to run away, but it snatched her up right before she escaped. Sora struggled to get up, but right when she got to the Titan, Violet was gone.

"Violet!!" Sora yelled not believing what she saw "VIOLET!!" She yelled she fell back on her knees and started crying uncontrollably. "VIOLET!!!!" She yelled again although she knew it was pointless. Her tears made her vision foggy to where she couldn't see. She felt something grab her shirt. She was slowly being picked up by a titan. "I don't deserve to live." She said under her breath as she was brought over the titans mouth. She was quickly thrown down back onto the roof. She looked back and saw a man with short black hair killing titans. On his jacket was the wings of freedom. "Are you okay!?" Asked a girl with shoulder length orange hair asked "No!" Sora responded coldly "why didn't you let me die!?" She shouted and started crying again. "You lost a friend didn't you?" The girl asked "Why do you care!?" Sora asked rudely "Would your friend want you act like this!?" The girl yelled at Sora "I'm sure your friend would have wanted you to be happy!" The girl yelled and left to go towards the boy. As she walked away Sora noticed that she also wore the wings of freedom on her back. "What does she know!?" Sora said to herself "she didn't know Violet!" Sora said. Sora slowly took the words the girl said into consideration. Sora slowly tried to stop crying when her eyes were dry she went to find Armin again.
