Chapter seven

Sora stared in confusion at the Titan that looked like Violet. Everyone around her murmured about a female titan, but all Sora could think about was how much it looked like Violet. The titan was fighting other titans, taking blows, only to get up and punch the titan in the face. Before she could stop them, the other soldiers next to her started yelling and flying over to the Violet Titan and slashing her with their swords. "NO!!!! STOP IT!!! That's Violet!!" She yelled running to the Titan and trying to tell the other soldiers to stop attacking her. Instead, they just stared at her like she was crazy and continued to slash wounds into Violet, not stopping. After multiple slashes to her neck, the Titan finally collapsed, and Sora dropped to her knees and started sobbing. It wasn't until she heard the confused whispering of her fellow soldiers, did she look up and see a girl laying on the neck of the titan. And it was Violet.
"Violet!!" Sora yelled happily "you're alive!" She ran to the neck of the titan. She grabbed Violet and started shaking her violently. "Violet! Talk to me!!" Sora said as she shook her friend. "Sora please stop shaking me." Violet responded dizzily "she's alive!" Sora yelled and throw both her fists in the air happily. Sora gave Violet a big tight hug "I was so scared that you were dead." Sora started crying. "I don't want you to die." She cried harder and continued hugging her friend tight. Violet smiled slightly glad to here how much Sora cared for her. "I'll try to not die." Violet said and patted Sora's back "Now try to stop crying." Violet said "o-okay." Sora slowly stopped crying and smiled a little. "Now can you please let go of me?" Violet asked "oh, yeah." Sora let go of her friend and smiled.

"What about the other soldiers?" Asked Violet, gesturing nervously to the people surrounding them with their swords still ready. "What are we going to do? The general is going to ask us so many questions. He might kill-" "okay Violet," sora interrupted the rambling Violet, "it will be alright. We will figure out something. "I sure hope so." Violet replied, pushing past the other recruits. "We are in some deep trouble.
Sora looked around, noticing all of the swords pointed at her and Violet. "Cadets Sighner and Arlert! Your actions constitute treason! I'm conducting an inquiry to decide what to do with you! If you don't tell the truth or move from that spot, we will arrest you without hesitation! Answer directly what exactly are you!? Are you human? Or titan?" Captain Woermann asked rudely. "What does he mean by that?" Sora whispered to Violet. She shrugged "he seems serious thou." Violet said back Sora looked back at the captain, he scared Sora, without even talking. "We are both human!" Violet said for herself and Sora. Captain Woermann looked uncertain, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. "Okay..." the captain slowly said "but if anything happens with the two of you again, I will not hesitate to arrest and/or kill you both." The words of the captain sent shivers down Sora's spine. "Yes sir!" Both Sora and Violet responded politely to the captain.
