38. Asking?

Charlie's POV

I was ranting to Leo about how I should ask Jamie to marry me, it may be soon but I want everyone to know that she is mines.

I got very paranoid, and Leo kept saying that everything will be okay and she'll say yes, but you don't know that.

As we were talking, we heard something by the door, as if something hit it.

"Leo, mate, did you hear that?" I ask standing up looking at the direction I heard it.

"Yeah, what do you think it was?" He says now standing up looking with me.

"I dont know, maybe something just fell." I shrugged it off and continued ranting.

How should I ask her? Where? When? I'm so scared. That went through my mind repeatedly, and I thought of the perfect way possible.

I snap out of my thoughts as Jamie came in the room slouching, "I'm tired" was all she said and plopped down next to me.

"I'll leave you guys to it, just don't do 'it' again." He says smirking and laughing while he exits.

Jamie must have been very tired, she fell asleep on my chest, I kissed her forehead good night and fell asleep.

Morning

I checked my phone for the time, 8:32, it's so early I thought to myself. Today was the day Angel was leaving to go to America with her parents, I wasn't too happy about it because you never know what they might do.

Her parents let her stay for tonight's show, but after the show she'll be heading to her parents, and today I'll be asking Jamie.

Jamie was still sleeping on my chest, I quietly snuck out of her grip to talk to Blair about the ring, he knows a guy.

"Blair, you have the ring with you?" I say whispering so she wouldn't hear even if she's sleeping.

"Yup, here you go Charls." He hands me a little black box, I look inside to see a silver diamond ring, it was absolutely perfect.

"Thanks Blair, this means so much." I say hugging him, and I actually mean that, he got me a ring that must've cost a fortune.

"No worries Charlie, seeing how much you've grown for the past year has been an opportunity. It feels as if yesterday you were 3rd on the BGT finalist and now you're getting married-"

"If she says yes." I say cutting him off.

"Of course she will say yes." He says looking at his phone. "Okay bye Charls I need to take this."

I nod and go into the bathroom, I look at myself in the mirror, don't be nervous, don't be shy, you can do this. I repeatedly said to myself.

Once I got out the bathroom, I see Angel and Leo playing video games, whenever Leo would loose, he would pout which would make Angel kiss him. They're so cute, I love young love.

Leo sees me standing there watching them, oh awkward I thought.

"Hey Charlie." He says, I wave and say hi back.

"Wanna play with us?" He asks handing my a controller.

"Nah, you guys need your 'alone time.'" I say winking and going over to Jamie, surprisngly she wasn't awake yet. She slept for maybe another half an hour, and woke up still tired.

She ran to the bathroom, I followed her and see she was having her sickness again. I pulled her hair back as she puked into the sink.

"Thanks Charlie." She says as she washes her mouth and wipes it.

"No problem babe." I wrap my arms around her waist carefully, not wanting to squish the baby.

"I love you" I say to her as I run my fingers through her hair.

"I love you too" she kissed my cheek and let out a sigh, then that sigh became a shriek meaning the baby was affecting her stomach.

She had to live with for the next 8 months, I feel so bad, for the next 8 months I will be spoiling her.

Time skip to concert;
still Charlie's POV

I look at myself one more time in the mirror and making sure everything was placed, if you didn't know I was going to propose to her infront of all those bambinos.

I wanted them to know that I got her pregnant and we were possibly getting married, I just don't want her getting hate from them.

I look at Jamie who was wearing a Bambino crop top, black sweats and her Vans. Her hair in a side braid made everything even more better, and only a little make up.

"See you later babe" I say kissing her soft lips and went out to the stage, Leo did the same to Angel before going on.

"How's everyone doing!?" I yell through the mic making tons of screaming girls scream at the top of their lungs.

"I have a surprise for you guys and my girlfriend Jamie." I first started saying, "So you know I've been dating a girl, the most special one there is, I'd like for her to come onto the stage for abit"

I gesture for her to come out onto the stage, at fist she shook her head but the crowd kept yelling, "Jamie! Jamie! Jamie!" She eventually went onto the stage, I told everyone to shush.

The acoustic version of Beautiful started playing, I sang while Leo rapped. In the middle of the song, I started saying, "Jamie, you have been the best thing that has ever happened to me. I won't leave you ever, I love you so so so much." I knelt down, making everyone in the crowd go wild.

I pulled out the box that was in my pocket and opened it, the look on her face was priceless, she had a huge smile with her cheeks red.

"Will you make me the happiest person in the whole wide world and marry me Jamie Rose?"

"A MILLION TIMES YES." She says pulling me up and hugging me so tight, everyone in the crowd went wild, taking pictures and videos, some even crying.

I put the ring on her finger, our lips against each other's, everyone there took a lot of pictures and you can tell by the camera shutter.

She went back to where she was with Angel, we continued the show but I could barely concentrate. My mind was on the wedding.

I am going to spend the rest of my life with an amazing wife to be and an awesome future son or daughter.
