"CLAIRE! I want you to be my partner!"

As soon as the word escaped from Tom's mouth everyone get shocked. Mattheo mouth remain open as so do Daisy. But Claire has a bombastic side eye look. Criminal offensive side eye.

"MR. Tom Riddle...are you serious in your decision of making me your partner?" Claire ask hesitantly

But Tom demeanour was cold and dry. "I am asking you to be my test partner not life partner Miss. Claire."

Claire rolls eyes hearing his dry reply. She think for a minute and shrugs "okay I have no problem"

Tom nods and hold her wrist tightly and take her to a corner of that garden. Everyone including Claire was shocked to see such a different side of tom. Usually Tom doesn't even look at a girl. But today is holding girl's wrist taking her to the corner was something astonishing.

Mattheo remain  much confused and somewhat angry. Lorenzo came near to him and whisper

"Is your brother drunk or something?"

"Can't say.."

Class begins.

Every student start teaching thier junior the topic. Whereas Claire and Tom were sharing a awkward look.

Claire stands with arms crossed, her expression a mix of disbelief and irritation.

"Why did you pick me? Out of all the juniors, why me?'

Tom replied with a mischievous smirk tilting his head

"Because watching you suffer is my new favorite hobby.

Claire scoffs, rolling her eyes

"Oh wow, how original. Should I be honored or start charging you rent for living in your head?"

Tom chuckles

"You’d mess up the calculations."

Claire mock gasp

"Oh no, how will I ever recover from that devastating insult?"

Tom smirks

"You won’t."

Claire glares at him, then sighs.

"Fine. Let’s get this over with before I lose any more brain cells listening to you."

Tom rolls eyes with a sigh

"Oh please, you can’t lose what you never had."

Claire groans, and he start teaching her the topic.

And like this class goes on. At last Umbridge take test of everyone and Claire instead of taking any revenge she prove that Tom had taught her much well. Umbridge praises Tom and Claire both.

Class ends.

As soon as class ends Mattheo rush towards Tom and Daisy rush towards Claire with a confusing look. She by grabbing Anu’s arm, eyes wide take her to a corner.
