THIRD PERSON

Apollo stared at the bodies of Hydra's last remaining associates inside the warehouse.

"Y-you are. . ."

He's that man everyone talks about. The insanely blood-lusted stealth Agent of NIA who had been dismantling Hydra's operations across Italy—storming their formidable headquarters, obliterating their heavily guarded warehouses, and unravelling their intricate web of illegal negotiations.

"You will never get away with this!" With heavy footsteps, he approached him and stepped on his bloody hands, followed by the sound of his bones cracking.

With his left hand in his pocket, he stepped out of the warehouse with a blank expression.

Never getaway?

With a mocking laugh, he tossed the platinum sparkwheel lighter towards the gates. In an instant, flames erupted, consuming the warehouse in a frenzy of fire. He quickened his pace, unfazed by the searing heat and the booming explosion that rocked the ground behind him.

Since the day he figured out the connection behind his daughter's abduction and the death of his wife, he had been terrorizing the Hydra for revenge and explanation.

And he won't just stop in Italy. He will continue to locate their Headquarters in other countries and burn them to the ground until everyone associated with them knows about his rampage.

He had bottled his emotions for far too long, buried beneath layers of doubt and fear. But now, with a new lead in his grasp, the fire inside him ignited. Nothing— not even death itself— would stand in his way.

"How are things on your side, Apollo?" He heard his old man asking from his surveillance earpiece.

"All clear, Pops. I can finally visit my daughter," he replied. He promised to clear all Hydra's HQs in Italy before visiting her and convince her to return to the Philippines to recuperate.

Besides that, he needs to talk to her husband. They trusted him to ensure her safety, yet such an incident happened. He had to admit because she was the daughter of an agent and the granddaughter of a retired naval admiral, her life had always been at risk, but they had always managed to shield her, to keep the worst at bay.

His anger intensified when he knew her husband did not even visit her in the hospital after everything she'd been through. That's why he promised to beat the shit out of him the moment he sees him.

He kept a straight face and pulled the silencer in his belt, preparing to shoot the wheels of the nearing vehicle.

He stood firm in the middle of the road, ready to confront whoever steps out of the car.

He was expecting to see a bunch of goons or a middle-aged man, but to his surprise, it was a fine young a man—maybe just a few years younger than Distaunce.

"Who are you?" he asked, the words slipping out before he could stop them.

A sense of familiarity enveloped him as the young man drew closer, their eyes locked in an unspoken connection.
