"Love?" He knocked on the guest room. "Lunch is ready, let's eat," he continued, pero wala siyang kahit na anong ingay na narinig sa kabila ng pintuan.

He unconsciously pouted his lips. "I'm really sorry for everything that's happened over the past few days. I understand that you've been upset with me, and I get why you're not wanting to talk." He sighed and placed the tray of food on her doorstep.

"I recognize that I messed up and completely deserve your feelings. However, I'm genuinely concerned about you not eating the food I prepared. I just want what's best for you and hope you'll consider eating something healthier." Sa kabila ng mahaba nitong sinabi ay wala pa rin siyang nakuhang sagot.

It's been three days since she arrived at their house, and she's been ignoring her. Ito na ang huling araw sa palugit na binigay niya. She threatened to leave the house with or without the divorce papers if he still refused to abolish the family tradition. It was a threat that echoed in his mind, helplessly nagging him.

Kumuha siya ng hilaw na carrot at wala sa sariling dinampot ang kawawang koneho na tahimik na natutulog. He sat in the grass in a cross seating position before placing her in his thigh. Sinubukan niya itong subuan, pero hindi siya pinansin ng koneho.

"Pati ba naman ikaw hindi mo ako papansinin? Bakit ganyan kayong mga babae?" Paghihimutok niya bago kagatan ang carrot na hawak. Nakasimangot lang ito habang ngumunguya.

"Nalabhan ko na at naisampay ko na mga damit niya kahapon pero nakita ko nilabhan niya ulit at kinamay niya pa na para bang duming-dumi pa rin siya sa mga damit niya!" He blurted out as he threw his hands up in the air frustratedly.

"Ilang beses niya rin pinagsarhan ng pinto ang mukha ko!" How entertaining, he speaks straight Tagalog only when ranting. "Thus this nose!" Turo niya sa ilong niyang namumula dahil bumangga ito sa pinto na pinagsarhan ng asawa niya habang sinusundan niya ito.

"Your mom did not even let me explain why I can't just nullify that tradition." Muli ay napabuntong-hininga na naman ito bago kumagat ng carrot. "How am I supposed to tell her that the Quartet Federation is supposed to be composed of five families but was wiped out because the Mistress of their Family turned out to be a spy planted by the Five Rings?" Parang bata itong humiga ng damuhan.

Snowball and Cabbage ran towards him and hopped on his chest, trying to chew on the carrot he was eating. "Kids, we just got married a week ago, and now, she's trying to divorce me. I tell you, she's the most bad-tempered and outrageous woman I know—but I can't breathe without her." He confessed as if the rabbits could really understand him.

He can't seem to function well when she's ignoring him. Wala rin ito sa sarili kaya si Roan muna ang pinaasikaso niya sa mga private meeting na dapat ay pupuntahan niya. He was just staying at home brainrotting for finding ways on how to convince his wife that the family tradition served for the safety of the Mafia Families.

"Snowball, you're the closest to your mom. Can you convince her not to divorce me?" He asked and picked him up in the air. Nagtitigan lang silang dalawa na kapwa ngumunguya ng kinakain.

The clueless animal just moved its pink nose, kicking its small feet to escape his grasp.

Napairap naman si Sachal nang makita at marinig ang ginagawa at pinagsasabi ng asawa niya sa private office nito. She can see everything from the huge screen.
