(Dipper's POV)
I see a fallen tree stretching across a fault in the ground.
(AN: A fault in the earth is a large crack in the crust.)
I change my direction so my back is facing the fallen tree.
Gideon is attacking me with much force. He has driven me to the edge of the fault. I jump back, onto the fallen tree that is stretching across the fault.
I look down, it's deep. Really deep. This is like a sink hole, except it is stretching out in a line.
I retreat along the tree with Gideon in close pursuit. I attempt to gain the offensive, so I attack first. But I am driven back by Gideon's relentless assault. I leap of the tree on to the ground. Gideon soon followed. I attack him again, though Gideon easily fended off my blows before,e back with a heavy backhand.
Gideon again seized the offensive, viciously driving me throughout the forest, despite my staunch resistance.
A/N: Here's Chapter 25 everyone. The battle between Dipper and Gideon is still intense. Who will win. The victory could go either way.
