Chapter 40- The New And The Old

(Ford's POV)
That's impossible.

Bill.

But how? He was defeated, wiped from existence.
Is that still my nephew? Or is it Bill?
I say aloud, "Bill!"
"Why hello there Stanford Billdrick Pines. It's been a couple of years hasn't it?"
Horrified, I say, "What have you done to my nephew?!"
"I didn't do anything, I just showed him what you all have done to him. He sacrificed so much for you all and then you all betray him. So much hate and anger was in his heart, I couldn't let it be wasted. So, I brought it to the surface."
Shocked at the words Bill has just said. I stood by Dipper, I didn't do any of these things.
I turn around, I face the rest of everyone.
I ask them, "Is this true?" Wanting an answer so badly.
Mabel speaks up, "Well, maybe."
"Mabel please, is what Bill say true?"
Mabel says sadly, "Yes, it is."
Mabel continues, "We did make fun of him a lot and mock him. He did sacrifice a lot for me, and for everyone else. He defended me, but I still made fun of him. Then, when the portal incident happened. I had to make the choice of shutting the portal down, or keeping it on. I decided to trust Gruncle Stan and to keep the portal active. Then you came along. Started spending a lot of time with Dipper. I called the stuff he did nerdy and all. Then he told me that Grunkle Stan and I always made fun of him and that you weren't like that. He said that you liked him for who he was. Smart and brave. He looked up to you. So that's it. There's probably more, but it's not my story to tell. It would be the others."
I say shocked, "I... I can't believe it."
What Mabel has told me is so much pain and then she says there's more. More pain done by other people. Dipper has gone through so much.
I start to get angry, I turn towards my brother.
"How could you?! You know a boy can only take so much?! That wasn't right! Dipper had to go through so much."
Stanly just looks down, unable to speak.

I hear Bill say, "If your done here, I would like to show you one more thing."
I put my attention back on Bill.
Bill continues, "You can have Pine Tree back."

What is Bill playing at?

Bill says, "This isn't all deal Stanford Pines, even though I can't read your mind. I already can tell what your thinking."
Bill continues, "This is a gift."

I see Bill exit Dipper's mind and Dipper falls to the ground.
Bill lets out an evil laugh and he vanishes.

Great, Bill is back. This is just great.

A/N: Here's Chapter 40 everybody. Things are TRULY getting interesting. Bill is back. And what has he done? Things are now getting real.
