Chapter One

Luke's POV

"Luke please come out here. We need to talk about this." My mum said from outside my room.

I was sitting on the cold hard wood floor, my knees hugged to my chest, as I leaned against my door. I dug my teeth into my bottom lip, the pain sinking in quickly. I bit down even harder until my lip is numb, and I could no longer feel the pain.

"This hurts me as much as it hurts you. Trust me. Just please let me in." She begs.

I suck in a breath before slowly standing up to unlock the door. I let my hand slightly hover above the door knob for a few seconds, before finally twisting the lock.

I walk over to my bed and sit down, waiting for my mum to walk in the room. Her eyes seem heavy and her lips are turned into a frown. We looked at eachother neither of us saying anything to one another. But that's expected from me.

"I really don't want to do this to you, but this is our last resort Luke." She finally says, moving to sit next to me.

I don't look at her. Instead I keep my eyes focused on the floor, nervously rubbing the back of my neck.

"Your flight leaves in three days." She sighs. "I wish I could go but I can't. This is what's best for you." She pauses, her voice cracking, "your father and I just want you to be happy again."

Hey guys! I know this chapter is pretty short. The next chapter will be longer. I can promise you that. It's just a pain because I have to type everything on my tablet. This story will sort of be based on 5 Seconds Of Summers new song 'She's Kinda Hot'. The reason I never updated Silence is because I really wanted to start this story before I forgot it, and I've been super busy these past few days. So I'm sorry about that. I will try to update every few days on this story and I promise I will have the next chapter up as soon as it's written. I'm just going to say this now, that all rights are reserved on this story.
