Chapter 7- Father

*Sakura's POV*

"Don't touch me... You betrayed me!" I stumbled a couple steps behind me with tears in my eyes.

I still love him... But I trusted him and THIS is what I get!? How can I continue to feel this way about him?

"Sakura, just listen to me!"

I backed away from him when he took a step closer. I could no longer keep the tears in and they spilled from my eyes as I reached for my sword.

"I'm not with them, Sakura! I didn't even know that they were working with him! You have to believe me!" Natsume said beggingly. Soji and Wakasa stood beside him.

Wakasa said "it's true, we never knew that they were working with him. We worked with kinishiro and him alone." Soji added on "please don't pull your sword on us. We are your friends. Your TRUE friends."

I pulled out my sword and made a dash at my father. I swung it at him but Aoi stood in the way and repelled my attack. Sion dashed to my left and used his sickle and chain.

It wrapped around my sword and he pulled it out of my hands. Hotaka came up behind me and slashed his blade down towards me.

I closed my eyes waiting for the impact but all I hear is a clashing of weapons. I opened my eyes to see Hotaka fighting Soji, Sion fighting Wakasa, and Aoi fighting Natsume.

I stared at the scene in front of me with shock. They were really going at each other. I turned around and faced my father. "What now? What do you really want from me!? If you just wanted to be with me you can forget it!"

He took a couple forward as I stood in my place. Natsume kicked over my sword and I picked it up ready to fight my own flesh and blood. He too, grabbed his blade from his belt and faced me. "I never thought I would be fighting you, Sakura. All I did was welcome you with open arms."

"Open arms? How many times do I have to say it!? You killed my mother, that isn't a very warm welcome! You have to understand that! What your doing is wrong!" I dashed towards him and raised my sword and slashed it down towards my father.

In a flash my father had disappeared from his spot I had sliced nothing but air.

Something tripped me and I tumbled forwards. I felt something sharp on my neck as I laid on the floor.

"I suggest you reconsider, Sakura. Come back with me and we will live a happy life." My father spoke coldly behind me. I slid my body around to face him and his sword and cut the back and front of my neck.

With the sword still in my hand I smashed it against my father's sword and it flew out of his hand. I tripped his with my feet and as he fell I got back up and put my sword on his neck. "I do they why you gave me a chance to live or die there.

No matter what, I decided I would avenge her. Even if it meant killing my own father." I said angerly and my blade went through his neck.

His body had twitched and then laid lifeless. Everything I once had was gone... It's all over now...

I looked up to see the fight ahead of me. Everyone was still going at each other like wild dogs.

Aoi, Sion, and Hotaka noticed I had killed my father and fled within a flash. All who was left was Wakasa, Soji, and Natsume.

In that moment...

I had no idea who I should trust.
