After the relaxing morning with my mother I decided to escape before my father comes and starts some bullshit again. I swear I hate that man.

"Have a nice day Mas-"

"Hey what did I tell you about calling me that?"

" I mean Hiro my apologies"

"You are forgiven, have a nice day. Also Brian, you have been working too hard lately. Take a break for a while. I know you like to garden, so take the day off. My treat."

Brian rather looked surprised at my offer. Shaking his head he said "No Sir I couldn't possibly....."

Before he continued, I stopped him in his tracks. " Nonsense I have already told mother that you will join her."

He sighs in defeat "Fine, you win." I knew I would. My mother and Brian has a great relationship as good friends back when she was in Japan. I still have a hunch that he had and still has feelings for my mother. 

See my father and mother marriage was arranged. I can't stand the fact of not marrying the one you love and cherish. It doesn't seem.....human. I know other cultures thinks that is swell and you will just end up loving the other person anyways,  but Im not like that. If I am in a situation like that, I would just walk out. I dont care about my father business in the first place.  But knowing him, I bet you I am probably going to be in it.

While thinking in the clouds, I overheard my name called out by no other than my best friend and cousin: Jericho and Taka. 

Taka is my cousin from my mother side. Gentle but hardcore at the same time. He cannot stand my father just like I can't and thats one of the main reasons that we get along so well. My father tried to tear us apart due to the social standings in the family. Told you, that man is pure evil.

Jericho and I have been friends since we was little and our relationship hasn't changed since. But of course my father doesn't approve because Jericho is Italian and believes he is going to join the Mafia someday just like his father. He is truly an idiot. JT (as we call him) wants to be a doctor when he is older so that Mafia shit is out! Plus he can't hurt a feather...unless you pissed him off then he is like a fighting machine! I saw him in a fight once, and it was horrible but badass at the same time.

 Plus out of all of us, he is the ladies man. Im not really looking for anyone right now, but Im hoping that destiny will be on my side.

"So dude any plans this halloween?" ask JT 

"I dont know man, I just plan to relax and watch Netflix"

"Come on! You never hang with us anymore!", Taka pouted.

" Then what are we doing now then?" I asked raising my right eyebrow.

"Touché, my friend touché!" 

"But we got to hit up that huge Halloween Bash this year, I heard no nobody can get in unless they are college students this time. While the adults are having their boring one, we can have fun for once. "

Hmmmmm costume, no dad, no drama......yea I'm in!

"Lets go then! But what are we going as?"

"How about 3 princes with a mask? We can pick one and such, I think it would be a great idea. Agree?"

"Agree!" 

We end up talking about so much stuff that I didn't realize that we was walking up the stairs  on campus. Then I saw her......
