Chapter 27

*3 months later*

Isabelle POV:
"congratulations graduating seniors of 2014!" mr.briggs boomed into the mic.

cheers filled the stadium and caps were flying around in the air.

from the corner of my eye i saw cammie, tori, and jax running up to me.

"eeekk! we did it! no more high school!" tori squealed. we jumped up and down while jax and cammie rolled their eyes at us.

suddenly a pair of strong arms wrapped around my waist and spun me around. he put me down and kissed my cheek before twirling me around.

"we did it babe!" the boy who picked me up said cheerfully.

i smiled at my boyfriend. "i know! i'm so excited to go to college. and it's great we are going to the same one!"

he smiled at me with an amused look in his eyes and hugged me.

"riley! man!" jax suddenly called out.

my boyfriend let go of me and looked at him. "hey jax! cameron, tori."

"hi!" cameron and tori called out.

"you excited to go to college man!" jax asked.

"you know it! especially since i'll be with my beautiful girlfriend."

i blushed and looked at my feet.

soon the chaos of the graduation was gone and i was alone in the stadium. i can't believe i'm officially done with high school and moving on from everything that's happened here. moving away from harry and melanie. moving away with my loving boyfriend riley.

*snap*

i turned around to see harry standing there. oh boy.

"so. you really moving away with riley..." harry said.

"yeah."

"oh."

"have you decided which college you're going to?"

"yeah. it's not too far from your college actually."

"oh cool.... what about melanie?"

"oh i don't know.... we kinda broke up earlier today..."

"why? what happened?"

"i don't know." he paused, "i guess i just lost interest in her so i broke it off"

"oh...."

"yeah."

"well i better get going. i think riley is waiting for me and i don't wanna keep him waiting." i finally said while standing up.

"ok. see you around."

"goodbye harry....." i put my hand down on harry shoulders then started walking off.

Harry POV:
i really fucked up i thought as i watched her walking away. i shouldn't have been so dumb for choosing melanie over her. after we talked at chipotle that one day i thought we were getting really close. and i was right. until i made a stupid decision and did not break up with melanie. all because of a stupid small temporary "feeling" i had for her. i chose that over the girl i'd love always. the weird thing though was, she wasn't mad at me. but i preferred her being mad at me than doing what she did do. she stopped talking to me. i guess she was tired of me. but soon she had a boyfriend and it was too late for me....

wait. no.

it's not too late. i started running to her but i was too late. she was already in riley's car driving off. i sighed. im so stupid.

"goodbye isabelle."

*5 days later*

Isabelle POV:
here i am. packing for college. about to leave with my boyfriend. to be honest though, i'm gonna miss this place. this will always be my home and the place where i met the people i love the most. cameron, victoria, jax, and also..... harry.

*beep beep*

i looked out my window and saw riley waiting outside in his car. i grabbed all my bags and my phone and ran downstairs. my mother, father, nate, adri, cam, tori, and jax were all waiting for me.

it became a crying and hugging fest. but soon i was in riley's car.

"byeee!!! i'll come visit you soon!!" i yelled as riley started his car and pulled out of my driveway.

"bye baby we love you!!!" my mom yelled.

"i love you tooo!" my voice trailed off as we got farther away.

i sighed. im gonna miss them.

"don't worry baby. we're gonna have the best time." riley comforted me while giving me a genuine smile.

"ok. i'm ready to start a life with you."

he smiled as he let go of the steering wheel with one hand and held onto mine.
