Anxiety. (Ciel X Reader)

Anxiety. You hated it. That feeling you get in your throat and stomach.

You and Ciel were walking around in the streets of London. Alone. No one else was there and it was eerily quiet. You were hugging onto Ciel's arm.

"(Y/N), it's okay." He said, obviously getting irritated. You knew something was going to happen. You could smell something in the air. It smelt like blood. You thought it was coming from an alley up ahead.

"C-Ciel, do you smell that?" You said quietly. "What does it smell like?" He asked. "Blood." You answered quickly. As the smell got closer, you passed an alley. In the alley, you saw an outline of feet.

"Ciel, look!" You said with panic in your voice. As you got closer, that feeling in your throat and stomach got worse. What you saw, was terrifying.

The body on the ground belonged to your older brother. He was the only one that cared for you in your family.

Your eyes started tearing as you saw his mangled body clearly. "(B-B/N)." You said shakily. (Brother Name.) Ciel just stood there, as if giving you a moment to grieve.

You kneeled beside your brother's body. All of the memories flooded in. The good and bad ones.

You felt like you were going to pass out. Your vision started getting blurry and a lump formed in your throat. It all suddenly went black. You woke up in your room at the Phantomhive Manor. No one was in your room, so you thought Ciel was in his study.

As you made your way to his study, you remembered what happened last night. You stood in front of Ciel's study and knocked a few times.

You heard a faint,"Come in." "Good morning, Ciel." you said groggily. "(Y-Y/N). You're awake." He said. You sat down in one of the chairs he had in his study. Looking at your hands, you didn't notice that Ciel had started hugging you tightly. He whispered in your ear and said, "I know that your brother was the only one in your family that cared about you."

"C-Ciel..." You said, slightly sniffling. "I love you." you said, getting redder by the minute.
