"i wanna be where the people are, i wanna see, wanna see 'em dancing" sang tahlia and byron as we sat and watched the little mermaid (i wanted to watch a different movie but majority won).
"i wanna stay all day in the sun!" screeched adam as he attempted to sing along, i laughed and sank into the lounge trying to watch the movie.adam has been different since maybe monday now. i dont know why but i hope he is okay. my thoughts were interupted as i was getting pulled up by tahlia to dance. shaking my arm free i stood up and walked to my bedroom, i quickly slammed the door and closed my eyes beginning to cry.
i heard soft knocks at my door. "who is it, dont worry go away!" i said. the door opened anyway and i looked up seeing adam with a sad smile on his face. he slowly sat beside me and patted my back. "whats wrong?" i shrugged.
"im going downstairs." i said as i got up. adam and I walked to the loungeroom to see byron and tahlia sitting on the couch with all focus on the movie, adam and i had the same thought at the same time, time to scare 'em.
we slowly walked towards the back of the couch, he had byron and i had tahlia. we mouthed the numbers one to three and suddenly screamed scaring them shitless. tahlia looked at me and slapped me across the cheek but apologised immediately afterwards. byron was on the couch looking grumpy.
we are a weird group.
