Kiara Lyn's POV

"Kiara Lyn," Caroline mumbled,"Don't wake me up when I haven't even gotten out of bed!"

"Sorry, you know, this happens every time I have a sleepover," I mumble.

"And what would that be?" She asks me half asleep.

"Well, first, while I'm asleep, you kick me off of the bed," she nods in acknowledgement, "Second, you refuse to get up in the morning, and... you, um... keep your room a mess!"

She knows all of those things but still, she needs to get up! Today is our first day of college, and I need to really pay attention, because if it weren't for her, I wouldn't be in college. Her father is the Dean of Yale, her dream college. You see, Caroline has always been that girl who didn't get the guys, or the clothes, but she did have the smarts. I was the one with the boys. I was also the 'popular' friend.

"Kiara Lyn? Are you in there, or am I just talking to an empty Cerebrum?" Caroline says, interrupting my thoughts.

"I'm here, sorry. You ready?" I ask.

"Yeah, let's show them what we can do!" She bobs her head trying to act cool. I shake my head, telling her no.

I tried to convince her to put her contacts in, because she was as blind as a bat, and reluctantly obeyed. I then (tried to) tame my long dark curly hair as she did her makeup.

One of our videos we made last night was still uploading to YouTube, so I had to wait for it to finish before putting the Mac in my Backpack.

We walked to the commons to check out where the Drama Hall was, and Caroline was asking every one. You'd think as Dean Hoult's daughter, she would at least know where the Drama Hall was, right?

"Hey, are you new here?" A thick British accent asks me. I turn around to try to put a face to the voice. He has curly, brown hair, green eyes, and dimples.

"Yeah, we are," Caroline interrupts. She is awkwardly holding a map of the campus in his face. "Where is the Drama Hall? We have 'The Art Of The Stage' until one."

He is obviously very creeped out by her forwardness but that is just how she is."Er... Yeah. Me and a few lads I know have that class next." he replied.

Suddenly, I was glad to have worn my short floral shorts, and light blue Vans, because, whether or not this boy was british, he was checking me out, and this outfit looked good.

"So, What are your names?" He asked. I could tell Caroline was about to jump in and introduce us, but i sent her a death stare. He probably thought i was a mute or something so i said," I'm Kiara Lyn, and this is my best friend, Caroline. Who are you?"

"I'm Harry, Harry Styles. Nice to meet you. You know Caroline, I think i have a friend you might like, oh look!there he is now!" Harry pointed to a blonde boy with blue eyes.

"Thanks, but I'm not really into blondes." she stated.

"Oh, no, I mean the other guy he is walking with, his name is Louis, and he reminds me alot of you, serious when needed, but otherwise he is a four year old." He snickered.

"Oh, we'll I suppose? What is he like?" She asked.

"We'll, Caroline, why don't you just ask him now?" He stated. He was obviously trying to get rid of her, and it worked. She skipped off to Louis, leaving me alone with, Harry. "So, Kiara Lyn. Would you like to have lunch with me tomorrow?" Obviously I was shocked! And I was flattered, so I squealed a yes, and Harry smiled, showing off those dimples that I was becoming quite fond of.

"You exited?" He asked.

"Nope, I'm as cool as a cuCUMber!" I tend to crack jokes when I'm nervous.

"Great, another thing for me to love." I looked at him questioningly. "Your humor!" I raised an eyebrow. "Ok! Ok, you do have nice boobs." He flashed a cheeky grin.
