I'm ready. I'm ready. I'm ready. I keep telling myself. Okay. Here I go! I feel my gem floating into the air and it starts to glow. How long did it take? One day? Three days? I'm not sure. You can't really tell how long it has been when you are reforming. I wasn't sure how to come back. Do I change? Do I stay the same? I decided to stay the same. Okay. I'm appearing now. Aaaaaaaaaaand. Done. I drop to the floor. Looking around I have no idea where I am. I turn my head and the Stevens in my face. It scared the crap out of me! Surprised I push him back. He goes flying a little and he slams into something. Imidiatly the Crystal Clods are on me like the Diamonds are to power. I feel a spear touching my neck as I'm pushed into the floor. "Please! D-don't!" I say. The Pearl narrows her eyes and the Amethyst growls. The Garnet just stands there with one gauntlet pushed into the other while frowning. "Guys don't!" The Steven says tackling the Pearl. Her spear makes a tiny cut along my neck as its jerked away. I wince and watch what's going on. I must be in the stupid Crystal Clods lair. The Pearl and the Steven talked a little. I didn't pay attention to what they were saying because I was focused on rubbing my neck. The Pearl groaned and looked at me. The others looked at me too and I felt really uncomfortable. "Ugh. We have decided that we will allow you to stay here in the temple. BUT we have a few ground rules." The Pearl said listing the rules. They were;
1. No leaving the temple without another gem with you.
2. No hurting anyone. That includes me, Amethyst, Garnet, Steven, or the people of Beach city. I didn't know what Beach City is but I guessed it was the humans civilization that lived close by.
3. No breaking anything.
4. No calling Yellow Diamond to come down and attack. I winced when she said Yellow Diamond. I think she noticed.
And finally, 5. No warping anywhere or trying to escape.
That's a lot to take in. I move my arm to scratch my head. Strange, my arms weren't... And my legs... OH MY GOSH MY PROSTETICS! I whipped my head around searching for them, eyes wide with panic. "Looking for these?" The Pearl says while smirking and a little hint of mockery in her voice. She pulled my prosthetics out from behind her back. "I fixed them for you. You're welcome." She says as I put them on. I flex my fingers. Good these work. I look up at her. "Th-thanks." I say and the Steven says "When you poofed they fell to the ground by your gem. I picked them and your gem up and took them home with us. It took you two weeks, one day, and fourty three seconds for you to come back." "Steven were you keeping track?" The Amethyst mockingly says. "No! Maybe. Yeah... Its a new record! You beat Pearl by one day and fourty three seconds!" The Steven replies. He says the last part while looking at me. I stand up. Huh? My left leg isn't lopsided anymore. "Oh and I reattached your foot for you." The Pearl says. I try to walk but stumble. Its weird having my foot again. I was so used to walking without it after not having it for so long. This may take some getting used to.
A few weeks passed and I hate it here! I can't do anything! All I can do every day is just sit here in the stupid temple. I get mean looks and stink eyes from the Crystal Clods every so often. They don't trust me, I can tell. I feels like a prison.
