Hello there! So I'm just going to tell you a little about my story and stuff to get you started! First let me list the main characters that you'll meet in chapters 1-5
-Liza
-mom & dad
-little boy
-masked figure (can't tell who it is)
-Neighborhood guy who watches over the neighborhood( kids like a cop)
So there's the people, also the chapters will probably be short compared to other books but I'll make sure to put in a few extra chapters. Now the only thing left to say is that I did not go over this book. I'm truly sorry about any spelling mistakes I didn't catch or any other mistakes :) . Now with all that stuff taken care of, ON WITH THE SHOW!! :)
----------------------------------------------
Liza didn't want to move. She didn't want to start her life over in Maine! She was happy in Georgia!she has friends and she's pretty happy to finally go to high school, she knew that if she had her friends by her side she could make it out alive.
Her parents had other plans. She knew that her dad would get paid a lot more than before and that its a huge house but she didn't care!
Why don't my parents understand?!
Liza thinks to herself in the truck
Maybe I should run away, I could say that I think something fell in the truck and when they step out I could run for it........
She quickly dismissed the thought and grabbed a snack.

They are now in Maine

Liza stepped out of the car with her parents. The house had a brick face and a patio in the front. The door was painted a booger green which made her want to barf. The living room was really big
You could turn this into a stable if you wanted too
She thought holding back a laugh. The kitchen looked amazing. Something glowed about it, asking you to come cook. She wandered up the stairs and went to see her parents bedroom.
Well, this is 3 times the size of the old house
She tells herself. She goes to pick her room (there are 4 rooms including her parents) She picked the largest one. It had a walk-in closet and was painted light blue with an anchor on one wall. She looked at the other rooms. One was painted the ugliest yellow you could ever find and the other was a purple and pink mix. Every room had it own bathroom, unlike the old house.
The back yard was painted with flowers. Every corner, every space one could be planted. In the middle of it was a bonfire looking thing. She thought about the old house compared to this one. She didn't care how big it is, how many bathrooms there were, and how pretty the backyard looks. She grew up in that house. She made friends and lost some. She had countless sleepovers and millions of memories. She loved that house and knew every crack in the wall to the chips in the ceiling.
"Lizaaaaa!! Come help with the boxes!" Her mom called out.
"OK!!!" She yelled back.
After they finished un-boxing the clothing, pots, pans, dishes, and brought the mattresses upstairs they sat down to take a break.
"Ice tea anyone?" Her mom asked holding a glass.
"Yes please" she says.
"Sure, why not" my dad replies.
They all have some ice tea and talk about moving. She stays silent for most of it because she doesn't care about where they put the furniture, she just want to go back to Georgia.
"I'm going to change," she tells her parents as they nod back at her.
She was in a pair of jeans and while getting a box she tripped and the jeans tore. She threw them to the side and got a pair of skinny jeans and a cute T-shirt. She decided to put her hair up into a messy bun so it wouldn't get in her eyes.
She wanted to explore the area around the house because she had nothing else to do. She walked around the small neighborhood. Every house had the same layout. She saw children playing in the streets with their parents running after them. She notices that the grass gets rough. She looks down and sees pebbles instead. She looks around and notices a trail leading into the forest.
Maybe I should get some flowers to put in moms studio.......
She walked down the trail not knowing what lies ahead of her.......
