Chapter 5 Pitch Black Murder

The elevator seemed to go very deep underground. Then the elevator stopped and the doors opened. The trial room was a big room. It had 16 podiums all in a circle facing each other, there was also a chair that looked very expensive that Tamashi was sitting in was placed overviewing the podiums. At one of the podiums there was a sign with Izzy's face on it with a pink "X". Overall, the room looked like a court room but the floors were red and gold and the walls blue, and the lighting was very dim, but there were alot of lights so you could clearly see everything."Welcome to the trial room, this is where you will discuss the case and choose who the murderer is, upupupp",Tamashi said. "Why is that sigh of Izzy there",Higa asked. Tamashi chuckled,"upupup well I didn't want him to be left out, but Enough about that get to a podium or I'll kick your asses". We all walked to a podium and Alter stood beside Tamashi. "Ok now,LET THE PITCH BLACK MURDER CASE BEGIN!",Tamashi said boldly. Everyone looked at each other not know where to start. "ok lets start by stating evidence we've found, since we already know how Izzy died",Adam said. "I'll go first, when investigating the room we had the party in we found out how the lights might have turned off",Tyler said. "Uh you did, how?",Ryan said. Tyler continued,"Well Adam and I realized that someone set the air conditioner to turn on a 11:00 on high, the air from it could have turned it off since the switch was right under it"."So the killer must've done it in the room I was in too",Eriel said. "But Eriel you were the only one in the room, you could've turned the lights off and killed Izzy",Denzell said. "What no I couldn't have done it!",Eriel said. " When Shadow and I was in the room to investigate the switch was very high on the wall and it wasn't under the Air conditioner, there was no way he could've reached it",Kolby said. "And also the lights were off for a few seconds, the room Eriel was in was far from where we were, he would have to be really fast to come to the room,kill,hide the evidence, and go back to the room",I said. "You two have a point, but who turned the lights on",Denzell said. "I did",Tamashi said. Everyone's attention went to him,"Well me and this bitch was still eating and the lights went out so I turned it on so I could finish eating". "Ok now with the lights out of the way, anymore evidence",Adam said. "Yah,While investigating with Kolby,  we found a sheet covered in blood",I said. "Mhm, the killer might've wore it to keep blood of of them",Kolby said. "and the sheet was torn, so that means the tore piece is lying around",I said. "you mean something like this",Quentin said as he held up a torn cloth. "Quentin, were did you get that!",Kolby said. "Well when some people was leaving I saw it at the door of the kitchen and picked it up",Quentin said. "so the killer used the kitchen as a short cut to place the sheets in the waste bin",Yuri said. "But mike you said no one entered the kitchen right",Tyler said. Mike nodded,"Yah I couldn't see or hear anyone enter". (Think Shadow, who would make great suspects). "I know who our suspect's are",Denzell exclaimed. Everyone looked at Denzell, "Our suspect's are...... Kolby and Mike". Kolby and Mike looked very surprised. "What!, but I was in the party room with you guys",Kolby said. "And me too, there's no way",Mike said. "But you two were here before us all one of you were probably setting up",Denzell said. They continued to argue with each other untill I had it. "I know how to pin point the killer, look I've been taking pictures throughout the party, and there is one person who hasn't appeared on the pictures",I said. There attention went on me as I said the name. "Mike". "No no no no, Kolby could have killed Izzy and hid the evidence",Mike said. "That's not possible",I said. He looked at me confused. "If Kolby killed Izzy and hid the evidence, he would have been missing form the room or have traces of blood on him but he Didn't, you on the other hand, said that you were going to get something out of the kitchen, you could have easily got ready to kill". Mike trembled a bit. "I also like to point out that when Izzy was killed you were the last one to see the body, well other than Eriel,Delirious,and Evan who couldn't have killed Izzy",Tyler said. Mike stood there quite and he didn't move. "I guess its time to vote",Tamashi said,"Please type in who you think the murder is on the podium". A red button and a big TV screen that appeared over him, and on the screen was a Slot machine. Tamashi used a mallet and smashed the button. The slots spun until it landed on three pictures of Mike with the world Guilty across the top. "Mike why did you do it",Adam asked. He looked up and pointed at Kolby,"It was him he made me kill. He said that he was going to kill someone". Everyone looked at Kolby who was happily grinning. "I wasn't going to kill anyone I just said that to see if that might make you kill". "Why Kolby",Denzell said. "I did it to........test his Hope". Right when he said that my head started to hurt badly. (I've herd this phrase before). I was now leaning on my podium trying now to fall. "How are you testing his hope",Ty said. "Well if he had high hope then he wouldn't even consider killing anyone, but he did and I think he needs to be punished for.... Falling to despair". "Alright with that said time for the execution",Tamashi said. Mike yelled,"No no no no, I'm don't want to DIE!". He ran to the elevator and began to bang on the door yelling. A chain collar came out from behind him a griped his neck. A door opened up and pulled him inside. We followed it a was met with a room that was divided by a glass window. On the other side was mike strapped on a table there were other table too and they were lined up.

Mike laid on the table as a rotating saw started up. The saw would slam down on a table slicing it in half. One by one, the saw got closer and closer. Mike began wailing loudly and trying to get up. His wails stopped as the saw hovered over him. Then in a matter of seconds........*splat*.

Blood flew everywhere that some splattered on the glass. A few people vomited, while others just froze. The headache that I had grew more intense so painful that I pass out.
