She was stunning. Beautiful everything about her. From her unnatural red hair to her blue eyes to her red lips to her small frame, unhealthy small frame. I should really get her to the doctor.

She was shaking uncontrollably and even now and then I heard her whimper, out of pain or fear I really don't know. I don't want my mate to fear me, I want her to love me.

Maybe if I thought of a plan he would let me down so I could run. I hesitantly look up. What do I call him?

"Uhm, alpha?" I ask nervously. He looks down at me and frowns. Have I made him mad? "Call me Chauncey my beautiful little mate" he smiles. "O-ok, ch-auncey can uhh I stretch please?" I ask. Maybe he can tell I'm lying. He sets me on my feet and I smile inside.

I walk around for a little waiting for the perfect opportunity.

Then I take off running, limping once and a while, my thigh drips more blood down my leg but I don't care. As soon as I can get away from this maniac then I'll be ok.

I heard him growl and his footsteps increase rapidly, then I'm tackled to the ground. He pins me down and growls.

I couldn't help but cry, I just want a normal life.

"Why did you run" he asks softly going to caress my cheek but I flinch. "Cuz your gonna kill me" I cry out.

He growls loudly and pulls me into his lap embracing me so I couldn't escape. Did I mention he's 6'5?

I'm short... And slow and tiny compared to this beast....

"I would never kill you or hurt you. I want to protect you and love you. As long as your with me your safe" he cooes and looks confused at my collar. "What's this for" he asks.

"I-uhm" I stutter. What do I tell him.
-everything- angel whispers.

"Uhm- my parents were always abusive so I had to help pay bills since we were broke. I was on my way from work one night and I- I got kidnapped by the radars and santo a auction house. Uhh I forgot the first ones name but the second one was Titan, then there uh- was this school they sent us to, oh the first ones name is Damian he was the one who beat me, vil always took me to the doctor an hour after I got whipped and I was taken to a pet house last" I spill it all out and hesitantly look up.

He looks shocked, angry, and murderous. I whimper and try to scoot off his lap but he holds me there, breathing my neck, weird much?

"the collar..." He strains out.

"They hook a leash to it so I can't run away" I whisper.

"I was king Enoch's pet" I continue quietly. Tears brim my eyes.

"I'm gonna kill the bastard" he growls and stands us up.
He holds me as he walks us to his house. "You can't" I sniffle, another round of tears coming from me.

"Why not" he growls.

"Because I already did" I cry.

"You killed him?" He asked astonished.

I nod, "he had Tatiana come over and and he made me join them, he he was about to rape me and I turne into a monster and killed him" I cry

"Tatiana?" He asks.

"Killed her too"

"No who was she darling" he asks stroking my hair.

"Enoch's French whore" I mumble shivering at the memories.

He chuckles stiffly and opens the door.

Sitting me on his couch he sits on the table infront of it. His eyes glaze over and then he snaps his eyes to me. "The doctor is on his way" he tells me sitting next to me. I stiffen as he reaches over cautiously. I feel him brush all my hair to the side. He pulls out a pocket knife and I start to cry.

Was he going to slit my throat?

"Don't move" he warns. I whimper wanting to move more now.

Soon the collar drops in my lap and I look at him amazed. I had tried taking that collar off so many times but it never worked.

I look down an blush softly. "Thank you" I whisper shyly.

"Your welcome. Little mate, what do you think of me?" He asks curiously.

"Your a lot scarier then what Tyler has told me about you. But your voice is more soft sometimes then when I heard you at the vampire action house where Titan lived" I explain.

"You where there?" He asks. I nod once.

"All the pets were taken to the underground Room that's when the pet shop people came and got us after you killed the vampires" I tell him. He nods once.

"You know Tyler" he asks. I nod. "He's the one who told me to run east, because I'd run into you" I whisper. He smiles lightly. "Do you want to see Tyler?" He asks caressing my cheek.
