The doctor has stitched me up and fixed everything wrong with me, Chauncey has attempted to bathe me but I refused to let him see me naked. Finally he just agreed to stand outside the door waiting for me.

Now I'm in the gardens, their so beautiful. My stomach growls loudly an I'm so hungry. I'm debating wether I should go back to the house or not. Looking at a field of roses I smile in amazement. A large, and I mean large black wolf slowly walks to me and sits infront of me. I look shocked, slowly I hold my baking hand out wanting to pet its head. It leans it's giant head into my touch and lays down. I smile.

I cuddle up against the large black wolf and pet him.

I saw Tyler, he was found safely in the pet shop and he's doing well.

"I'm such a monster" I tell myself. The wolfs stunning eyes look at me and he stretches.

"I killed 3 people, one of them I had a good reason to well maybe not one but two considering he attacked me first but-" I cut myself off. "Now I'm talking to a wolf, I'm going crazy" I mumble.

I was about to get up but I felt safe by the wolf.

So after a much needed nap with the strange black wolf I woke up an headed back to the house. Chauncey must be worried about me.

I leaned gently against the door so I could hear his conversation. "I don't care who she killed from your pack, she's my mate and if you want her you'll have to kill me first" he snarls. I gulp. Who was he talking to? The door swings open and I freeze,

-so busted-

Shut up. "Uh-" I start but I can't think of a lie fast enough. "Have you been eavesdropping kitten?" He asks raising an eyebrow. "What? N-no" I say.

"Why do you look so scared then? Got something to hide?" He asks stepping closer.

"There gonna kill you then their gonna kill me! We're gonna die. I don't want you too die because of me oh my gosh do you know how many there are? There going to kill us all." I cry out.
I start shaking and crying at the same time, my vision tints red and I could feel my pupils widen.

"Keeley you need to calm down just breath their not going to kill us, there's hundreds of people in my pack baby girl calm down." He cooes.

My bones snap painfully and I shift knocking things over and flinching as they break on the tiled kitchen floor.

"Shift back keeley" he warns. I whimper and step back turning and accedently hitting a vase off the table with my tale.

"Shift back now and that's an order" he growls.

I growl loudly and bare my teeth at him. He can't tell me what to do.

He lunged and shifts mid air and pins me to the floor.

-shift- he growls.

I whimper and focus on shifting. 5 minutes later I'm human again and he drops a towel on me.

"You need to relax" he says a little calmer and pulls me to his room. "Your the wolf" I ask.

He looks guilty and nods. "I just really wanted you to feel safe around me and you seem to feel safe with my wolf more than me" he explains shutting his door and pulling out a short and basketball shorts for me.

"I barley know you" I say. "And your wolf scared me" I admit.

"He just doesn't want you to worry about anything, that wolf you kills in the woods, he was a pack member of the neighboring pack, you seemed to cross into their territory before you made it onto mine. Im going to keep you safe and protect you darlin I promise" he hugs me. I tense and then relax. He's warm, gentle, and seems to not want to hurt me. Maybe I should give him a chance. Maybe this is my destiny.

I hug him back not wanting to feel cold again.

Smiling he looks down at me. "Are you hungry?" He asks. I nod a little too quickly, I'm starving I haven't eaten in days.

He leads us to the kitchen and makes us macaroni and cheese which I hold back a laugh. Big bad alpha likes noodles?

After dinner I got to take a shower then we fell asleep. I was still uncomfortable but I couldn't help want to feel those sparks on my skin at his touch. I cuddled against his side as he held me closer and I fell asleep.
