Chapter 4

Ariana POV:

"Is everything all right?" I asked. Luke kind of stared at me for a good while and it was freaking me out. I almost lost my breath when He pointed the light at me and I looked up at his blue eyes. They were so beautiful I couldn't believe it. I have never been so good with making eye contact with people i didn't know so well or at all.. but when I looked at his I didn't want to look away.

"Yeah.. sorry your eyes, they are so mesmerizing." Luke got closer to my face as he places one hand on mine. I was out of breath i didn't know what to do. His hands were so warm and I felt so safe when he touched me. Oh my god he's touching me. Do a move away? No don't be stupid. Just continue to look at him and don't look nervous at all. Show him no fear.

"Thank you." I finally managed to say as i blushed.

"You are very be-" Luke was cut off when the intercom voice of before came back again "Hey folks, there is a serious issue going on, so we would like you all to continue in the boat for another while. Sorry for the inconvenience."

Luke looked at me again and I smiled. "I have no problem with that, do you?"

I shook my head as Luke got a little closer to me. I blushed again, and then my phone light went off. Well isn't that just great. Now i can't see his perfect face anymore. Its dark once again and I have no idea what's going on. I decided to make a joke and not keep things quiet.

"You scared?" I asked laughing.

"Of course not, i laugh at darkness." He laughed also.

Luke and I continued to talk for a good while about what seemed about everything. I felt so comfortable speaking to him it was crazy. He seemed to listen to every single thing I would say, as i would do the same with him.

I was beginning to get really tired, since we were in that car for like one freaking hour. I yawned and I felt Luke's eyes on me.

"Are you tired?"

"Yeah a little, and hungry." I frowned.

"I'm hungry also maybe after this we could get something to eat," I nodded and he said to me, "hey come here."

He motioned for me to move over to him. As i did that, Luke placed his arm over me and i laid my head on his chest and closed my eyes. He kissed the top of my head.

OH MY GOD HE KISSED THE TOP OF MY HEAD. I just wanted to get up and do the freaking souja boy of happiness, but i had to keep it cool for he couldn't think i was strange. Just play it cool Ariana, just play it cool.

I drifted into sleep in Luke's arms after what seemed like seconds after laying on him. I woke up when I felt light on my eyes and Luke whispering my name in my ear.

"Huh wha I'm awake." I looked around in confusion at where i was, but i noticed that the ride was all fixed and that we were finally out of that dreadful darkness, BUT WE WERE NOW IN FRONT OF ALL THE PEOPLE WAITING TO GO ON THE BOAT. Everyone stared at my sleeping self and they laughed. I tried not to pay attention so I got up fast and ran out of there, going back outside where Melanie and Juliet waiting for me.

They ran up to me and stopped to look at Luke who was right behind me. They looked at him wide eyed. Luke turned me around on his own and looked down at my eyes again. "Are you okay, you kind of just ran out of there."

I could finally see Luke way better, and god was he beautiful. His perfect black hair showing a little under his green hat. Luke had Ray Bans on now but it made no difference to his beauty. "Oh yeah I'm fine, just kinda got freaked from all the people."
