-Sam's Pov-

I woke up and grunted. I hated the sun glaring in my eyes when I wake up. I know lex did too, so I quietly hung a blanket over my window, trying not wake her. I should really invest in some curtains.

I switched the t.v on and entered the channel code for some morning cartoons. My favorite since I was a kid.

I lay back on one of my pillows, propping my arm behind my head.

I looked down at Alexis, she layed down with her knees to her chest, and her arms rested under her head on the pillow. She looked so beautiful. I got snapped out of my thoughts when she awoke and smiled.

"Good morning Anastasia." I say referring to Fifty Shades, hoping she'd catch on.

She laughs, "Good morning Christian Grey, have you just been sitting there staring at me?"

"There's a 99.9% chance." I say leaving a soft kiss on her lips.

She gets up and goes into the hallway bathroom.

"Well, I should get going home. I have to pack and stuff." She says, making her way back into the room.

"Why?" I glare.

"I have to be at Vidcon this weekend in L.A."

"Oh, you didn't tell me." I say.

"And, I have to make sure Matt hasn't destroyed my house. Or my car." She says with a worried look on her face.

//////A/N : Just a quick reassurance, I didn't quite explain it in the last book, Alexis does have her own house. She doesn't pay rent bc it's hers, she just has to pay mortgage and all that stuff. And, since she's not legally allowed to have her own home, she put it in her parents name, until she turns 18, when she puts it in hers, k bye 😊 /////

"Hmm, okay. Well, I should pack to then. I could come along. I forgot I have meetings and stuff." I say.

She nods, "cool babe, my flights at 7:00am tomorrow, but whatever time you get, I'll see you in L.A."

She grabs her things and I follow her downstairs.

She kisses me and heads out to her car.

"Laters Baby!" I shout, smirking.

She smiles widely, blushing. And gets in her car, driving away.

I packed up some clothes for a week. I missed my house and I wanted to spend some time in L.A before school starts.

To conclude the rest of my day, I clean up the house a bit, since my mom wasn't completely capable of house duties.

It was now evening and I headed downstairs to the kitchen to heat up some food but my dad was present.

"Hey dad, I didn't see you come home?" I say.

"Yeah, I didn't want to wake your mom, so I was quiet. But I brought home some Chinese food."

"Thanks daddy." I say and laugh mentally, reminding myself I had just got done calling Sam that last night.

"I'm gonna go upstairs and get some food to your mom and possibly go to sleep, love you pumpkin."

"Love you too." I say as he kisses my forehead.

My dad isn't around all the time due to his job. He goes out of town a few days at a time, sometimes even states and countries. I started to wonder what it was going to be like when my sister is born. I break free of my thoughts, trying not to worry myself too much.

I head upstairs to my room and eat my food while watching 'The Walking Dead' marathon.

I take a quick shower and go to bed, excited for my last adventure in L.A for a while.
