A widow...
One year ago, I took a leap of faith. With trembling fingers and a heart full of hope, I penned down the first chapter of a story that meant everything to me- "His Innocent Queen". I didn't know where it would lead. I didn't know if anyone would read it. But I knew one thing for sure, I wanted to tell a story that touched hearts.
And today, as I look back at the chapters written, the characters brought to life and the readers I found along the way, I can proudly say- this journey changed me forever.
Jivika and Shivansh weren't just characters. They became emotions, a reflection of love, pain, patience, acceptance and healing. Through their innocent love and care towards eachother, they taught me how powerful storytelling can be. They gave voice to my imagination. They gave wings to my dreams. And most importantly, they gave me you all: my readers, my extended family.
And this milestone wouldn't have been possible without the unwavering support of some truly special people.
To my family: thank you for standing beside me even when this dream felt uncertain. For respecting my silence when I was creating and for celebrating my smallest victories like they were your own.
To my best friends: thank you for being the ones who refused to let me give up. You reminded me why I started and why I must continue.
And to my readers: every comment you left, every emotion you shared, every time you said "next chapter please", you brought life to this story. Your love gave it soul. You became my strength when I doubted myself. You became the reason I kept writing, day after day, night after night.
So, today, as I complete one year as a writer and HIQ complete it's one year anniversary, I want to make a special announcement.
"His Innocent Queen" will be officially published on Amazon Kindle as e-book on the divine ocassion of Navratri 2025, with exclusive added scenes, deeper moments and more of Jivika and Shivansh's journey- just the way you have loved them but now with even more emotion, passion and magic.
