My First Fight: Really

I turned to see Kakashi being ripped apart from these giant chains. I gasped and watched a log replace his spot and let out a sigh.

"Well hello there," I felt myself shiver. I turned around to see a stranger. He smiled at me, "so sad to see beauty go to waste, maybe we can have some fun before I kill you." I felt myself tremble and heard a growl. In a second, I saw Sasuke get a good hit on him.

"Don't. Touch. Her," he growled wildly. I stared in wonder, wasn't he mad though? No! I-It wouldn't matter. The stranger got back up and used his spike chain, throwing it at Sasuke. Sasuke dodged, but I didn't and I felt it cut my cheek.

"Hmm...maybe she'll be dead before I'd get a chance to!" the stranger yelled and felt myself pass out, but I heard one last roar.

I woke up and felt myself being carried. "Kyoko? You fainted," I heard him whispered. I groaned, why'd my cheek hurt? I looked up at him and smiled despite the small ache. I touched my face and let out a gasp. "You face got grazed with a spike," he whispered.

"Who are you talking to?" I heard Naruto called, but he looked at me and smiled, "you're up!" I smiled, but looked at Sasuke, unsure of if I should walk, I didn't want to, but I got up and walked holding onto Sasuke's hand.

I started to think about how I only seem to pass out...and sighed. Sasuke stared at me, I had caught his interest. I wasn't fit to be a ninja. I stared at his eyes and felt something encourage me. I should try, if I try...maybe he wouldn't have to defend me all the time. I smiled and stared ahead motivated, but remembered something.

"Hey...Wasn't those spike laced with poison?" Everyone stopped and cringed and stared at me. "Shouldn't I be dead or sick?" I felt Sasuke stiffen, "di-"

"Yes," Sasuke answered, his face was a bright pink and everyone relaxed and continued to walk. I smiled but saw Naruto flinch as a bush rustled. He threw a kunai at it and a rabbit popped out.

"Poor bunny!" I watched as Naruto apologized to the rabbit as the rabbit tried to escape and laughed. I felt Sasuke stiffen more. Did he have something against rabbits? I glared, bunny did nothing to him and pouted.

"Watch out!" Kakashi yelled and I tensed up, letting go of Sasuke's hand. I need to defend myself! Be a ninja! Yeh!

"What shall I choose?" I heard a maniacal laughter echoing from everywhere. Be a ninja, be a ninja, be a nin- "Eight place to choose." I saw the mist get thick. Be a ninja! I watch Sasuke tremble. "Heh, weak, one is shaken already!" He roared with laughter.

"I won't let anything bad happen to you," Kakashi and I said in unison. Sasuke stopped, but I felt a whisper in my ear.

"Should I choose you first?" I turned around with a kunai in hand, but found nothing, "or your partner?" I turned around again and yet nothing. I turned to see a kunai barreling towards Sasuke and I tackled him down. I got up quickly and charged for the direction it came.

"Kyoko!" I heard my comrades call, but I ran faster, searching for him. I felt someone behind me and a whisper conformed it, "oh so noble! Stepping forward!" I turned around, and screamed, "stop playing games!" I heard him laugh. "Maybe I should hit here" and I felt a sword at my neck, he chuckled. I knocked it away and charged at him only to see he attacked Kakashi. I cursed at myself. Kakashi was fighting back hard, I watched him expose his secert weapon, but I crept back to Sasuke's side, embarassed.

He glared, but not at me, I knew I'd get far more worse from him....I sighed and scooted to defend Tazuna instead. No one said anything, but I could feel the glares. I zoned out, someone (Sakura probably) would scream and bring me back.
