Saving Barbra Gordon

Outside Kate was approaching her car when she saw something that made her frown. A drug dealer was hassling some girls from the nearest High School. Just one of the things she hated about this city. She could do all the good she could, but there was still some scum there that would not be washed away. She was going to change that and she would change that she had to change that.

"Excuse me Ms Kane, but Miss Kent called" Edward said shocking Kate out of her mind, " Thanks Edward" Kate said.

Elsewhere in Gotham City, a Redhead was walking along the streets with headphones on, listening to whatever new pop song was on the latest streaming playlist she had on. She was heading from school and since the bus was broken down she decided to walk to the Police station where she worked.

"Hey watch it!" someone shouted making her look confused and remove her headphones, looking down an alleyway she saw what appeared to be hired criminals moving some crates. She gasped and hid, pulling out her phone and switching it to the camera app and started to take pictures, which crate was marked with an a Black Skull, she knew who it was immediately

'The Party Animals. I better get these to dad' she thought before.

"HEY WHAT'S TAKING SO BLOODY LONG!" someone shouted in a thick and rough  accent. The girl up on seeing a man walk out wearing a fur coat over a tuxedo, he was short and hefty, with slicked black skull mask.

'Black Mask!' she gasped silently, praying that they didn't hear it as she turned the corner and covered her mouth.

"What was that?" he asked as he looked around, his goons started to spread out and look for anything that was out of the ordinary. The girl subtly peeked out from behind the crates she was hiding behind, just before someone turned and saw her duck her head back in.

"WELL!" Roman shouted "WHAT IS TAKLING YOU SO LONG!" he shouted

"I think I saw something" the goon closest to the girl said.

'Where?" Roman asked as the goon nudged the crate with his gun, the Mobster nodded frowned as the goon reached behind him and pulled the girl out, who was kicking and screaming to be let go, but it didn't help. As soon as the Penguin saw her he laughed.

"This is too precious, the Mayor's daughter. So Miss Gordon trying to get evidence for daddy were we?" he asked

"Go to Ark M" Miss Gordon sneered.

"No, no I won't. In fact I have a better idea, tie her up!" Roman  ordered

Mayor Jim Gordon had just finished his cup of cheap ass coffee while finishing up his speach for the rally later that day when his phone rang. Sighing he picked it up,

"Gordon" he said,

"Ello Mayor" Penguin smirked

"Roman" Jim spat. "What do you want?" he asked,

"Oh nothing, you have a couple of me boys in lock up, and I have something you want. So why not trade" Roman  said.

"And what would you have that would ever make me consider freeing your men?" Gordon asked.

"Oh just this" Roman said before a scream was heard

"BARBARA!" Gordon shouted panicking; "You son of bitch!" he growled

"You have my terms. Now you have two hours to release my men, otherwise I'm going to make your pretty little girly OD on Bliss" Roman threatened.

"You monster, I'll see what I can do" Gordon said.

"Very good, have a lovely afternoon" Roman smiled hanging up. Once the call was over her slammed the phone down on the receiver and threw the phone off his desk.
