This book is a story which I dedicate especially for my Sn3 classmates of Jenan whom I cherish dearly. I hope that this book will always be a reminder of our strong bond and unique friendship which started in that small class.
Thanks for being there for me and I love you all. This book is for you guys! :-)
"Muuunnnn!!!" Screamed my friends as I enter our class, 5 Science 3, which I would say the craziest and most dangerous class ever. This class is like a war machine gun when it cones to criticizing people and humiliating them. (Kinda bitchy right?) It would all start when one of the soldiers threw a menacing grenade to the guest(anyone who dares to visit our class) in the form of a simple sharp phrase, then another soldier will throw two grenades and another will throw three grenades and the next thing you know it would be a chain of grenades which hit you with the power of an atomic bomb. They'll crush you and knock you down until you'd never dare to step into their perimeter or even walk past it. This class is the ultimate oral gunner in the whole dainty school and the best part of it was not even one person out of 29 students in 5 Science 3 were not oral gunners. We support each other's comments and opinions like a chain of spelling bee game and even hit each other with supreme criticism that if you were an outsider hearing to our family conversations you would thought we were a bunch of heartless people. To be frank, we were.
"What took you so long, Mun?" Fired Amri.
"Yeah, Mun. What took you so long? Can't find your way. Too scared of the dark hallway maybe?" Added Aidil.
"Oh, posh! I was waiting for you Aidil. You were supposed to pick me up with my limo half an hour ago. Oh, no! has the driver forgot his job?" Attacked me.
"Hah, the princess has gone nuts again!" Cried Farah.
"Should we shoot her down? Or should we stuff her in the store room?" Blurted Hanina teasingly.
"Hmm, lets see. Shoot her or stuff her? Hanina, I guess both!" Mocked Farah bursting out laughter.
"I'll stuff you guys first in the locker! Not like anyone needs you like they need me, the princess of this class." I said emphasizing at the last part.
"Yup, she"s nuts. Aidil take her with you to the mental ward. I'm sure she will be a great roomate for you!" Teased Amri sending wild laughters to the whole class.
"What the...this is..ahhh..darn it!" Screamed Aidil in frustration. He lost the battle. Everyone laughed louder at his unsatisfied being.
Looking at the so called octopus Aidil, in anger was very amusing; him banging his fist on the desk, eyes wild with revenge and lips curling up in hatred like an angry rich woman who got mud on her RM 4000 Prada handbag. Though he does sometimes act all soft and diva like, his fair features, a bit of chinese at the eyes but very large head and strong aura makes him look cool and manly. But, still, only when he does not act like an octopus.
Suddenly there was a loud banging at our class door. "SCIENCE 3! KEEP QUIET!" Shouted Emil, the Head Prefect; banging at the wooden door with his fist. The noisy milieu of the room just now suddenly changed into a still atmosphere of seriousness almost immediately. All eyes were turned away from the furious glance of him; pretending to do a study group instead of the group war we had just now. "Where is the monitor? Saiful?" Called out Emil in a cold firm voice which send chills down to your spine. Saiful jerked up from his chair with a scared look. Though we were of the same age, something about Emil, no something about Emil's dark skin, droopy eyes, flat and thin army style haircut, or his gloomy aura which makes you feel you can't touch him or mess with him when he is being serious. I guess that"s why he's the Head Prefect.
"Here." Saiful answered, curt and respectful. "Come here for a minute." Ordered Emil taking his hands out of his pockets and turning his back towards the class's open hallway. Saiful followed him out of the class and they met each other's eyes away from the other classmates gaze. Emil took a deep breath and leaned closer to Saiful's face. "Saiful, I don't want to tell you how to do your job. But, please don't make my job any harder than it is." Whispered Emil to Saiful so as to not be heard by others. Emil's expression was neutral almost like a robot with no feelings, even his tone was slow and expressionless."I got it. I'll try my best." Said Saiful in a low tone. somehow the tone he spoke showed clearly that he knew whatever way he tries the kids in science 3 would barely listen to him. As long as he did what he was told, whether they listened or not it did not matter. Emil sighed and soften as if understanding Saiful."Tell them Sir Ali is on duty. They'll at least behave for the night." Said Emil putting back his hands in his pockets and backing off from Saiful. I"ll come back after checking on the juniors." Waved Emil casually with his right hand as he turned away and headed for the class next to ours.
