Chapter 10

Mun's POV

I ran as fast as I can to the old school hall opposite the new hall site and tried looking for my friends. I pushed open the huge doors of the hall but it was empty.

I ran out of it and sprinted towards the 3 storey building next to the hall. I searched every class and almost gave up looking until I saw traces of blood on the stairs. I held the railings and felt something sticky and slimy on it. I brought ny fingers to my nose and gasped. Blood.

They must be near.

I rushed down the stairs and when I reached the last step I almost tripped over someone's leg.

I looked at the figure leaning her back to the wall with blood on her scarf. I failed.

"Farah?Is that you?" I stuttered. I bent down immediately and touched her face. Cold. I shook her shoulders "Farah! Farah! Wake up. Come on , wake up girl!" I panicked. She didn't respond but I could still feel her pulse although faint. I blocked the urge to cry and wrapped my arms around her. I pulled her up and staggered towards an open classroom next to the staircase. Then, I laid her on the floor carefully. Frantically, I went to shut the windows and lock them. I even went to lock the doors and stumble upon a few tables before getting back to Farah. Suddenly she woke up.

"Farah? Farah can you hear me? Farah?Oh, for god sake please say something!" I shook her shoulders again.

"Uh. You're hurting my shoulders girl. And umm..you are really loud!" Farah said sarcastically.

I breathed out in relief and chuckled as I pull her into a hug. "Don't you ever die out that easily ok!" She smirked. "Die?Haha.Relax. I think I tripped and fell down the stairs. My body feels numb." Farah complained. "You tripped?" I asked raising an eyebrow. She couldn't have tripped. I saw the blood stains on her neck. Putra definitely found her first. "Yeah.ahhh!." she moaned in pain as she tried to get up.

" Hey, hey. Stay down. We don't know if you break anything. I' ll go get some help." I lied to her. Truth is I still need to find Sarah and the others. I'm already sure that Yus took Nora to safety already and he probably did the same with the others back in the hall. As much as I hate him already for lying I had to accept the fact that he would keep Nora safe thinking of how he opposed Zarif strongly during their encounter.

I got up to leave when Farah caught hold of my wrist. " Be careful." She said. I looked at her Barbie like eyes and gave a reassuring smile as I squeeze her hand. " You too." I said back and let go of her hand.
I locked the classroom door behind me hoping Putra wouldn't venture in before I came back. I started running again to find my friends before Putra does.

Heelloo guys! So, actually Sarah disappeared from the hall. So, thats why only Nora whom Mun saw rescued by Yus.

And I really think I need to develop Mun's character and her two best friends(Nora and Sarah) more right?
