Mei Lin POV

"What were you guys thinking starting a fight in school grounds," Mr.Lee started.

We both stayed silent, having nothing to say.

"Well, I'm very disappointed at both of you," he said folding his arms, "Ms.Zhao, you have earned yourself two days of detention and as for you, Mr.Cheng, you will serve three weeks of detention and lunch duties for one week."

I glance as Jay Cheng's pissed face and smile.

"What!? why does she get only two days of detention! why is my punishment worse, unfair!" he retorted.

"Be quiet, you started the fight and unlike you, Ms.Zhao has much more important things to do for the school," Ms.Lee answers.

"Still! it's not fair!" Jay exclaimed, I sorta thought I was unfair too but... I do have more stuff going on, but it's not really fair, I mean Jay totally deserves it but it still not fair...

I decided to speak up, "I want the same punishment as Jay, he's right it's not fair " Mr. Lee looked at me surprised...

"And for your information I started the fight" I lied...

" Mrs. Zhao you always defend people no matter what but I suppose you do need punishment and lunch is always a big mess... Jay can't possibly clean it all by himself so I guess you could help..."

Mr. Lee pauses of a moment and than declares, " ok, you both get detention for three weeks and lunch duty for one week "  Jay smirks and I crossed my arm...

" you both will start today ! Understand ? " he question s and we nod. Being sent to our classes I some how spoke up, " Jay, why do you always get into fights ?" I asked and he stops than looks at me....

"Why do you care? Stay out of this" he walks on, " Jay, I'm trying my best to stay calm and try to und-"

"You don't understand abuthing! And stop trying to be all goody goody! " he shouts and I became surprised...

"You know what! I'm always helping people out! Even if it's a person I don't like, I still help them! Including you Jay! Why do you think I spoke up and even out our punishments... " I sighed heavily and walked away.

Sylvia's POV

" hahaha! Really no way ! " I laughed at Mark, I can't believe it though,I can't believe I'm talking to Mark Hwang.

" students please open you books to page 756 " the teacher announced but I didn't hear anything, "what did she say ?" We asked at the same time to one another....

This is feeling like those love dramas...

I see Mei Lin walking in huff and puffing, than after a while I see Jay walking in... I wonder what happened.

After filling out all the questions we were pared up into groups,

I was extremely lucky because I never got paired up with Mark before and Jay was also in the group. I looked around the room and see on person left, Mei was left out so I waved to her,

"Mei, over here!" I jumped up and down trying to get her tention but she either completely ignored me or couldn't hear me, she walked off and joined Cindy's group...

Giving me the cold shoulder huh!? Well I don't need Yu-....

I need you girl!! Is it because of Mark or....

I turned around and see Jay staring at me....

"Jay!?" I suddenly shout out his name and 8 looks at me like I'm crazy....
