The Walking Dead-Daryl Dixon

Chapter 1:Before

"Are you going to stand there all day or what?" I yelled at friend of mine named Emily. She quickly went back into focus, as she started to walk my way.
"How was athletics?" Emily asked looking for her phone which she lost often, "Same old, same old.. Ran an eight hundred, then did basketball."
"Found it!" Emily screeched as she held it up to the sky.
"Awesome."
"Hey! Ashley!" A young boy called.
"Who is he?"
I ignored Emily and replied, "Hello Kaden! How was school?"
"It was good! I have to go, bye!" He then ran to his mom, Regan, she waved hello and then went on.
"That's the kid that I babysit sometimes his name is Kaden." I looked at Emily, replying to her question a bit late.
We began to walk to the car, when the most popular guy in the school, Jake, took a chunk out of his girlfriend.. And began to actually eat her.
Emily and I have seen enough movies to have an idea of what's happening but, we had to be sure. Everyone was running from the school, we, not thinking things through began to run also. We ran to my car, and watched Jake eat his once alive, breathing girlfriend..
Emily and I just sat there in the car for a moment watching him, he then took another chunk out of another student, Jenna. She was suppose to be getting a sports scholarship that year. Right when he did that I started the car and headed to Emily's house, we both called everyone in our family, I had my family all at my dads house for it was smaller then all the others and we could control the area better, then I called up some people who were like family to also meet us there, and a friend of mine,Mollie, who grabbed her family and headed over there right when she heard.  I dropped Emily off as told her to be careful, probably the most stupidest thing to say, like she was going to walk down the streets when this was happening.
I went home, everyone was there, my papa always told us the world would come to an end and he was prepared, so while he was unloading his stuff with my dad, I helped everyone find a job to do. By this time the town now new, they were running everywhere, screaming and shooting,
"Alright, here's what need to get done, eventually the electricity is going to go out so someone start cooking what meat is in the freezer." "Okay, I got it." My aunt said rushing off. "Now we need to get the furniture we don't need out, a lot of people are here." My uncle and moms boyfriend volunteered for that. "More blankets, and pillows."
Mollies sister Dovie and her husband signed up for that.
"We are going to need more food.. This may seem like a lot but there is a lot of people here, and baby food, since there are two babies and a toddler, also one one the way." The gang of boys signed up for that, Mollie and I went with them to get gas for other vehicles.
"Okay, now the rest of you have to watch the property, just keep everyone that's going in and out safe." I began to give them gun that were put up.
"Ashley, we also need places for the children to sleep, as in more places for everyone to sleep." My aunt Brooke said.
"Okay, my wife and I can go get the mattresses at ours and Dovies house, we will try to find some more also."
Mollies dad Mark said grabbing a gun, and heading out with his wife Elisabeth.
"Alright you guys ready?"  I looked at my group going to the store and back. They all shook their heads and we left.
We had a time of seven minutes tops and a lot to get. Dallas and Keith went in to get anything for babies.; Johnny and Darry went for the canned goods, and things like gum; Graser and Steve went to get water; Mollie, Ross, and I began to get gas.
Hopefully their jobs were not as hard as ours. Ross kept a lookout, Mollie and I eventually stopped trying to get gas at the actual gas station when this guy was ran over by a truck who could wait. We then began to get the gas out of sitting cars. It now hit two minutes left, we packed up the gas into uncles truck which, luckily, he had put a bed cover on the truck, a plastic hood on the truck bed, which you have to have a key to get into. Ross stayed with the car, making sure no one messed with the truck and when we got there we would be ready to leave. Mollie and I ran into Walmart as Dallas,Johnny, Darry, and Keith were leaving. We went to the baby section looking at the cribs and thing for babies to sleep in, once Mollie picked it out we began to grab some more smaller blankets, and some clothes for when Dovie popped. "Ashley, maybe in the furniture section or in the bedding section we could find more sleeping options for the adults."
"Smart, let's hurry, we have a minute left."
We ran over there and luckily no one touched the display of the couch that when pulled out can be a bed. We grabbed the cushion and ran out the store, packed everything up in the truck and left back to the house.
*At the house*
Everyone was unpacking the truck because of the increase in commotion outside. Once everyone was back in and done with their job. We barricaded the doors. "Alright, now we wait." I said to everyone there. "Wait for what?" My Lisha asked. "For the people who are going to die, die..and the survivors to survive, for things to settle down.."
